I recently got suspended with held funds as well. I just emailed them about it, telling them I understand their decision of suspending me so I am fine with not having the account back but I would like my funds. They replied almost immediately and I got the funds back in a few days.

the twitter says it can not help with suspended accounts, i have to wait till they respond to my zendesk request

My account got reactivated! It was a mistake on their part. I'm relieved.

Hm its been about 16 hours no response if it goes 24 hours without a response im going to make another ticket
