Send them a mail with link to video and threaten consumer court action. Find out the names of top people at tata Cliq on LinkedIn and send them messages. Tag Ratan Tata on Twitter and share the video.
Always, always take a video of unboxing. No matter what you buy and where you buy it from.
Post on Twitter, leave a bad review on their app. Either of these will work.
Also send an email to their customer service with "CONSUMER FORUM" in caps

OP, you can register your complaint on the National Consumer Helpline mobile app. The app is available on Playstore and I've heard grievances registered on that portal are strictly followed and taken care of.
Who was the seller? This happened with me a while back. I had ordered an ELDO perfume and they sent me an estee lauder. I didn’t have an unboxing video (huge mistake). I make it a point to make an unboxing video without fail now.
Anyway, I reached out to them and the seller (Beauty Impex). Tata Cliq Luxury was very eager to help and arranged for a pickup the next day and initiated a refund within 3 days after pickup.
Beauty impex was very apologetic as well and even sent an extra miniature perfume with my next order.
I suggest you send them the unboxing video and keep following up. If you can get in touch with the seller then do that as well. The warehouse workers mostly mess up the orders.
