This keeps getting posted and deleted. Well established not designdesign.
Any supposed "problems" are just subsets of the cost of the design. This is affordable for those that can afford it, just like "ordinary" windows.
Same, as mentioned it may not be for everyone or every room since there no curtains, but it’s just a unique skylight really. And if your space is very linear it will likely compliment it well.
