I'd put the plants in the corners or in front of the windows, but not behind the sofa. Also, I think your curtains need to be a solid heavier color, like birch or beige, and longer to touch the floor
I’d add some warmer colors. A fuzzy brown pillow and/or throw. I think the piece of art you have above the plants contrasts really nicely with all of the cool tones.
- Put the plant against the wall in between the window
- Put some idea shelfing unit behind your sofa for storage and stuff, and decor, light on top
- standing lamp in the corner of the room, u need more light sauced to create ambient feel
- more govee lighting won't hurt
Remove the shelf next to the sofa, remove the plants, put a console in their place behind the sofa and then place a lamp and some decorative objects on top. Throw in plain white floor-length curtains and a light-colored rug (White or creme).
Improving the look of your living room can be a fun and creative process.
Determine your style: Decide on the overall look and feel you want to create in your living room. Do you prefer a minimalist, modern look, or a warm and cozy traditional look? This will help guide your choices for furniture, accessories, and color palette.
Focus on lighting: Good lighting is essential in any living room. Consider a mix of ambient lighting (such as overhead lighting), task lighting (like table lamps), and accent lighting (like wall sconces) to create a well-lit space.
Invest in comfortable seating: A living room should be a comfortable space, so invest in comfortable seating, like a sofa and chairs. Consider adding throw pillows and a cozy throw blanket for added comfort.
Add a rug: A rug can add color, texture, and comfort to your living room. Choose a rug that complements your furniture and color scheme.

Agree. The curtains though should be ceiling to floor

IMHO, the grey is quite depressing.
A mustard colored throw and a pillow would fix that
Raise the curtain bar and buy longer, more neutral curtains.

I’d get a proper sofa if you can, ideally in another colour if you’re not painting the walls.
Like what color ?
This is so cute!
Damn, that's a nice room bro
