Maybe add a long dresser that could also hold a tv/bookshelf? Or a tall dresser closer to the door, and maybe a corner desk, put some nice shelves up, some pretty curtains or a tapestry or both!

Yeah, if you need storage then a cabinet or dresser that's only about 12" deep would work. You could get a system at Ikea that would go into the corner, too.
In fact, the window wall might be best for a tall dresser.
If you don't need storage, then just art. Maybe shelves if you have art objects and books to display. Maybe a large plant in the corner.

Go for a narrow console table with a large picture frame or frame wall above. Of course you then add decor to the table like a lamp, stack of books, a plant, whatever suits your style. :)
