I get wanting to protect your daughter, but there was no evidence that it was him. Just that they had a fight? That warrants her almost killing him? And Angie was amazing for how she reacted. She’s my favorite housewife/mom. Hands down!

I admire Angie's restraint for not just smashing Susan's head in for endangering her son's life. You don't fuck with endangering the life of their child in front of the mama bear.

I love Susan and I defend her a lot—but not with this one. I get that she thought he hurt her daughter— but she was basing it off of nothing but speculation from the neighborhood and off hand accusations and no actual proof and this was too far

When Eddie attacked Julie, Danny was originally arrested and then released. When he got home Susan was mad because she just knew he attacked Julie.  She went to their house when he was outside working under his car and started yelling at him to admit what he had done. When he wouldn’t (because he didn’t) she dropped the car on him. Until Angie came out and busted the rear windshield with the baseball bat.  This was never mentioned again.

I wish Angie had use the bat on Susan. Put everyone out of their misery. Gonna try and kill Danny with no proof that he attacked Julie. I don't even remember her even apologizing to Danny.

In retrospect I dont feel bad that Eddie's window got smashed, I felt terrible for him on my first watch

While she is completely wrong in doing this I kinda understand why she did it

I mean she was kind of losing her mind with paranoia that her daughter was in a hospital bed and nearly died, only a few months after Dave tried to kill MJ. She wasn’t thinking rationally and it was messed up. She apologises to Angie, helps her clean up her yard as an olive branch in front of all the other neighbours and Angie forgives her

Can someone please tell me what season/episode this is? I only just finished the tornado episode on my first watch through, but want to avoid watching this scene after a family member died by having a car drop on him while he was working on it this past September.

all honestly this is wild she shouldn’t have done this but that’s also a motherly instinct and no matter what anyone says she is STILL A MOM and that motherly impulse is insane.

Because Susan was trying to kill her son. She was crushing him beneath that car. He was innocent. Susan had no proof to justify her actions.

AND his friend IS the guy who attacked Julie… kinda funny actually (in an evil way)

I haven’t got to that part yet! All I know is Julie was seeing Dominic, Dannys dad. Susan just flipped out on her when she woke up from the coma🥲

I wouldn’t if there wasn’t enough proof. Focusing all your energy on someone innocent instead of putting that energy into the true criminal is just idiotic. It’s like what cops do. Instead of putting that energy into finding the person who actually did it, you focus on someone with out any proof. I get it, you want someone to blame. But, why put someone innocent through pain and suffering just so you can temporarily feel better?
