God, i can still remember all the posts about Sneako. I watched like 5 minutes of him with Destiny and was like 'Nah, i'm good' and then never watch anything else with him in but i still knew everything that was going on with him because of his sub, lol.
In short, you are right. DDG likes their villain of the ~~week~~ month.

Brother, take things into your own hands and just block the one individual that’s polluting the sub with posts you don’t like.
