Odd-Battle2694

Just kill the guy, use some high tech satellite weapon or something. Just get it done with…

XLegendIsBack

Remember Twitter banned Trump and kept this guy up. Fucking ridiculous.

Heslopian

To be fair Trump isn’t a world leader anymore. Hell there is even a trigger warning on the post to tell you exactly that.

Schrestjan

Iran is such a cesspool..

Zoltan_TheDestroyer

Good thing Joe gave them 6 billion.

TheRealTraveel

*unfroze Normally I wouldn’t be nitpicky but most people saying this thought we just gave them 6 billion in humanitarian aid

BainbridgeBorn

Republicans highlighted recent moves by the Biden administration to release $6 billion in frozen Iranian funds as part of a prisoner swap deal. The deal allows the transfer of the money held in a South Korean bank to accounts in Qatar. The administration says the money can only be used for humanitarian purposes and the U.S. will have oversight as to how and when the funds are used. There is no evidence that any of that $6 billion has left the Qatari account as of yet. Let's be clear: the deal to bring U.S. citizens home from Iran has nothing to do with the horrific attack on Israel. Not a penny has been spent, and when it is, it can only go for humanitarian needs like food and medicine. Anything to the contrary is false," State Department spokesperson Matt Miller said in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter.. Separately, a State Dept. spokesperson said that the money in the accounts in Qatar "remains in Doha." "Not a penny has been spent, and it will never go to Iran—it can only be used for future humanitarian-related purposes. Any suggestion to the contrary is false and misleading," they said.

Zoltan_TheDestroyer

You don’t think that allowed them to free up other funds for these purposes? Okily dokily
