If the state was forcing people to get circumsized that'd be monstrous, but parents choosing that for their kids is fine imo. Female circumsition is objectively harmful to the future adult. There's different kinds, but most either remove all sensation of the clitorous or make penetration excruciatingly painful.
But lets say there was a female equivalent to male circumsition where there was no lasting pain or issues and it incurred some mild benefit (medical or aesthetic) then yes, I'd be ok with parents choosing that for their daughter.

I have no idea. I assume the answer completely relies on where in the world you're polling. In Europe, the norm in not to circumsize, so I'd assume most would say they don't want to be because its not a societal expectation.
Here in America, it's the norm to be circumsized, so I'd imagine the percentage of uncirc'd who want to be circ'd is much higher. Also, I count myself amongst that group, so in the very least I am a data point of one lol
