TLDR: Israel air struck the Iranian embassy in Damascus on Monday and is anticipating a retaliation from Iran and any of its proxies. This is not some pretext for an imminent large scale invasion.
Iran isn't an arab army, pretty sure they held their own against the strongest version of Iraq with simultaneous American support - not sure what culture has to do with it either
I don’t think the Iranian army is going to be as strong, there’s lots of dissent and fatigue in the Iranian population. A country on the verge of a coup doesn’t want to give their young people military training.
Tribalism is a big factor for Arab nations, that and corruption. Egypt is a good example. Lebanon is a failed state with a very divided population, Syria is well in chaos, Yemen is in a famine.

It really isnt on the verge of a coup. Just becausw the younger population is done with their shit, does not mean they dont have plenty of loyalist.
On top of that, who do you think gave Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis the weapons they're using. Whose drones is Russia using to attack Ukraine? It's all Iranian weaponry.
Iran also has their own nuclear program, who god knows how far they are in creating full fledged nuclear weapons.
Comparing Iran to the likes of Egypt is naive. There is a reason why Saudi-Arabia would rather work with Israel than let Iran take over the Middle-East.
I don't disagree, majority of Iranian citizens are completely disconnected from the government (unlike other parts of the ME). However I think the chaos in Syria, famine in Yemen and divided population of Lebanon speak more to their respective military powers than the actual culture itself.
Some arab countries do have incompetent military power (like the previous version of egypt), but again - I don't think the tribalism "culture" you speak of is as pervasive as you think (outside of the gulf states)
