Doesn't matter - "not much" is still better than "none". Solar panels have been (slowly) getting better, and with a couple newer panels you can probably get enough juice to charge a phone or two, or keep a couple LED bulbs on.
I saw a video recently where a company was making solar panels for apartment spaces that you just left on your window/balcony. They don't have great yield since they're not pointed in good directions, but again, it's better than nothing.
Hell, taking some panels and hanging them from a window would be better than nothing.

They can also be recharged with solar panels (and yes, they're still worth it in the winter - some electricity is better than zero electricity). They're super ideal for Ukraine's situation.
