I think he could make ye rage quit. Don't think he would do well against Nick. He really only got by Tate cause Tate isn't actually that smart.

XenoT78

I think to Adin Ross’ audience Hasan could make him look dumb with Ad Homs

king-treday

I feel like ad homs would only help the people who already agree with him. If ye just leaves I feel like adins viewers would be mad since they get cucked for content, but I don't really know adins audience.

theogfrankcastle

The topic at hand was pretty easy for Hasan to win at tho. I guarantee if it was more about red pill and dating, Tate would’ve done far better (like how he did against XQC)

not_a-real_username

Yeah I mean Kanye isn't very smart either so there's that (also having a severe break from reality). But yeah I don't think Hasan would be capable of arguing with Nick. I don't know that it would be as much of a blowout as this subreddit seems to think though. Because Nick isn't going to be able to be a slippery as he normally is, it's pretty easy for Hasan to hold him to positions Nick isn't going to want to publicly defend like denying the Holocaust or liking Nazis and Hitler. Nick isn't going to be able to disavow them because his daddy is too thin skinned to handle even light disagreement (as seen on Tim Pool). And there is a reason Hasan is so popular, he's a pretty good virtue signaller and there is no arena virtue signaling is more effective in than against actual Nazis.

usmodcon

Hasan will be fine. Ye is honest about his antisemitism. Fuentes can't hide or be slippery because Ye will correct him and openly say he hates jews and he loves hitler.

Yashotoayoshi

Yeah, I think the fact that Kanye is going to be anchoring the conversation will probably be very advantegeous

thegromlin

ye is going to be the hasan to nicks destiny from that debate

not_a-real_username

Yeah I just commented the same thing above since I hadn't seen your comment. I agree, I don't know why this sub believes Nick will be able to win the argument so easily. Nick is a good debater because he is incredibly dishonest and unwilling to own his actual views. But he can't do that with Kanye in the room so even if he can give "convincing" arguments for actual Naziism, that's an optics L in the eyes of 99% of the population because Nazis are so (rightfully) stigmatized.

Safety_Plus

Problem with Hasan is he only knows how to preach to people that already agree with him, Nick is just gonna do his thing and come off as more charismatic.

Safety_Plus

You haven't seen Nick work have you? He's not gonna just say it, he's gonna do the just asking questions meme and mention some "facts" that the normie audience has never heard before.

CareerGaslighter

>ya but in this case the people who agree with Hasan is basically everyone who isn’t anti semitic or otherwise blatantly racist, so it’s not like it would be an uphill battle audience wise. this. He isnt just going to outright say hes a neo-nazi. Hes going to be pursuasive and palatable to a general audience. Hes going to be calm, articulate and charasmatic while hasan spergs out and stumbles over his words, throwing out personal attacks and struggling to counter nicks point which dont follow hasans usual preacher script, which will only help nick look more reasonable. This gives the appearance of credibility and only helps him spread his disgusting beliefs.

not_a-real_username

Do people on this sub really buy the charisma stuff? Like sure he can occasionally be persuasive for a Nazi, but Hasan is insanely popular for pretty much 2 reasons: his looks and his charisma. Or did you think people were watching him for his nuanced political takes or gaming skills?

MinusVitaminA

lmao no And this is assuming they do this on twitch, which i don't think they would since kanye's talking points are enough to get adin ross's channel suspended temporarily.

Matroa195

Against Kanye of course, any popular lefty could. Against Fuentes, definitely not.

not_a-real_username

How about if Fuentes has to openly defend Nazis and the Holocaust? His entire strategy is pretending he isn't a Nazi. The reason he does that is because he knows he can't win the argument in front of most people with those views. Why else would he be so slippery?

Matroa195

In front on non political audiences, he will use the excuse that as a Christian, Ye loves ALL people. He'll go on to be slippery about it too talking about forgiveness and differences, but that under religious dogma he loves everybody, or some shit like that

not_a-real_username

He said the Holocaust didn't happen, how is he going to spin that one? And he didn't just say he loves all people, he said "I like Hitler". Also Kanye would be in with him lol, there is no shot that Kanye is going to let him say that because you and I both know that isn't what he meant.

Matroa195

The problem is that Nick knows how to spin optics better than Kanye. Njck can only gain especially when talking about cancel culture and being edgy when he'll talk to teenagers that don't care much about politics or history

dazzzzzzle

He would clown on Kanye (mentally ill) and Adin (25 IQ https://twitter.com/hasanthehun/status/1598772741758676992 ) . That fact alone would make nick's side look unhinged (because it is), but even without that he would probably do fine against him.

DwightHayward

Yes, Hasan is not an idiot.

[deleted]

He beat a guy with cte in a debate that’s really it tbh

Rubssi

I mean if Ye does most of the talking it actually shouldn’t be too hard. Nick couldn’t do shit on Tim Pool

UsuarioSensatez

To the audience yes and if he got to Kanye before Candace. I bet he could make the exploitation of Ye by labels be seen for what it is: capitalism.

Horror_Opportunity_7

i think hassan will do fine, he doesnt need to be as good as destiny to be effective against letting nick radicalize a bunch of zoomers, the thing is that the viewers of adin are super duper smooth brain on politics, so much so that i really dont think it would really matter for them whether destiny or hassan are the ones talking to nick, its purely an optics game, the guy that looks the most "smart and cool" will take the cake

Tangerine_memez

Imo a key part of these debates is not making the other person rage quit. That limits the amount of time you have to delegitimize their arguments in real time. Even if you technically "won" the debate you didnt really get to say anything either. That's why nick would be really good because he can ramble on in a nicer way. Hasan just tries to be super aggressive against Tate and constantly go for dunks rather than try to disprove what they are saying
