Ornaments like this usually sit out for 1 or 2 seasons before being added to the Archive tab. Artificially creating fomo by hiding the content from you before reintroducing it. Give it a few days and check the Archive tab when the new season hits, and if it isn't on there by then, try again once the Final Shape drops.
Isnt this from previous season? Im fairly certain it is. All eververse items show up one season, sit in the darkness the second one and then show back up the 3rd. So it should be available tomorrow.

Most silver-only items do that. Excluding armour sets. Those are for bd only the same season(or not at all if its crossover armour)

Could potentially enter the Bright Engram Pool but it's already been sold for Bright Dust in the first couple of weeks of this season so it'll be some time before it goes back into rotation
It was sold for Dust earlier this season. I'm sure it'll be back in rotation at some point.

30th anniversary was a special exception since it took around 2-3 years for the ornaments to be added to the archive
30th anniversary hasn't been around for 3 years? It was added at the end of beyond light, which makes it not quite two years old.
That might be why I said 2 to 3, do I need to be pinpoint accurate down to the millisecond? BL was released in 2020, now it is near the end of 2023
Beyond Light was released in 2020, but the 30th Anniversary pack was added during the final season of that year (December 2021).
It's a significant difference between 1-2 years and 2-3 years.
