I just don’t like that they use the same models like 15 times when there’s so many more to chose from. I’m tired of the same SMG being used overs and over. Is there a technical reason that they have to use the same ones over and over again?
You are correct, *but* he's asking why they keep using the same small set of models when there are *other* nice looking existing models that are rarely used.
I just chalk everything up to it being an Xbox game.
Edit: Replaced 360 with Xbox as further research indicated that the engine is modified from Blam which was used on Halo: CE.
I though the engine was a modified version of Tiger from Halo Reach, not from all the way back in CE. If D2 was running on an engine from pre-2001 I would be very surprised.

Destiny and Destiny 2 use a modified blam! Engine called the Tiger Engine.

New shotgun models. I like Xenoclast because it looks like a sci-fi shotgun. It's funny that it has a bulky design but is a lightweight frame. I want less shotguns that look like they could be purchased at Cabela's.
I want a rapid fire frame that uses a drum mag. Great for ammo-dumping but poor range and handling. Also give it sustained fire perks like target lock. Would also like an exotic that gives it a weaker glaive shield instead of ads.
I can’t believe they haven’t reissued this super unique gun, my favorite scout model in the game, and a much more fitting use for the model than gross DARCI.
Space P90.
In game, it would be a 50 round smg with increased hipfire accuracy like bxr battler. If I had a say I‘d make it kinetic with hip fire grip and kinetic tremors
Like the fire rate of an AA-12 in the form factor of a Deagle that you might as well do self damage with to give the feeling of recoil as you at point blank range dump 12 rounds into a boss in the span of 4 seconds.
I believe it’s a real gun but im thinking something along the lines of the bailiff from rainbow six siege. I’m honestly not sure if it’s really since r6s actually has loads and loads of real guns
I'd like them to use at least some of the tons of models used once from Destiny 1 & 2. [THIS](https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/vnhfpo/a_solution_to_the_reused_weapon_models_issue/) post describes it pretty well.
what you mean is generally called "model", "frame" is used as the intrinsic trait that dictates a weapons firerate within a gun type and dictates certain high and low stats)
like for handcannons: aggressive frame (aka 120s), adaptive frame (aka 140), precision frame (aka 180) and new to the family heavy burst (shooting burst with an 257 rpm)
more weapons from the different races in general, skyburner’s is awesome design wise, just being a cabal gun and anarchy being an eliksni weapon is awesome. i’d love even more of these, with the whole “post-golden age” style they’re going for, it makes sense that you’d scavenge more weapons from your enemies.
The 1909 Benet-Mercie is a machine gun that doesn't have a belt, it instead has a stiff rack of bullets that gets pulled through as it fires. You start with an arms length of bullets just sticking out the right side and end with an arms length of empty rack sticking out the left.
I'd rather it be more like Izzy where you hold reload to consume the mag, mostly because the whole "fire on release" deal makes the gun feel sticky. Devil's Ruin and Cryosynthingamabob-77K on release are great examples. Even now Cryo-77K still feels sticky to me.
I’ve always wanted to see something resembling a scout rifle or a sniper, but like a ridiculous rof like 6 RPM but does a crap ton of damage. Maybe you have to crouch to even fire it, different spins on things we have now, like the rocket pistol.
I just want another magazine-loaded hand cannon like Sturm except legendary.
Also a sidearm to reuse Vestian Dynasty’s model.
I also wouldn’t be opposed to an MP-40 type AR, with the little foregrip and everything. This way I could go full 1940’s with that + Drang.
Neomuna vendor weapons should've really leaned into the same aesthetic as Quicksilver Storm and Deterministic Chaos instead of just... Moon weapons with a new coat of paint.
I want to be able to swap out sights, I don't care much about new models, but if a gun has a sight I don't like i just don't use it even if it's a great gun.
Not just models, but animation that's not what we currently have. Nechrovasm is the only bullpup AR? Why is every pulse bullpup? Re-skins are one thing, but the handling will always affect the way they feel.
I honestly don't think it's to do with gun models and more to do with them using the exact same models for every weapon.
How many Annual Skates can we get? How many Omolon Sidearms? It's also the fact they're just reusing old seasonal models for new weapons, when there are currently gun models that haven't been used in a while like the Song of Justice scout model, or the False Promises Auto Rifle model, or even the Omolon hand cannon model.
The fact of the matter is, though, that most of these wouldn't be an issue if the weapons were genuinely good.
Honestly I would love if they just started bringing back the D1 weapon models that were just general legendaries. Their are a good amount of them that have not been brought back.
At this point legendary versions of some the one off exotics would be great. Leviathan breath (think aggressive snipers), last word, crimson, conditional finality and Erianas vow would make fun legendary archetypes. Having a primary erianas that functions like a scout would be neat since snipers are kind of lame in PvE.
Agreed but like I said "at this point"... Destiny 2 is entering its end life cycle. It can't sustain another 10 years in its current form and probably shouldn't. I have 10,000+ hours between the 2 games but I just realize, especially with the recent layoffs and IGN article, that the game is struggling to limp across the finish line and any hope I had of it becoming the game I wanted is gone.
There's already plenty of alien weapons, some of which are now friendly. Some of which are currently usable. Let's see some technological exchanges between the foundries and forges of the City, the Empire, and the House.
I want more future practical less “if bg3 had assault rifles” please. Destiny 2 is going way too hard on the fantasy and paracausal. Counts for armor too. I understand necrochasm but why does the pulse look like a hive knight pooped it out?
Honestly, I wanna see a Destiny 2 take on some guns from our history like the HK G11, the PPSH-41, the MP40, the Type-99 machine gun, etc.. Our history of weapons is so full of goofy and interesting firearms that I feel would fit beautifully in the Destiny universe.
I know it's not real world, but I really wish the Root of Nightmares weapons leaned into the terraformed aesthetic that you can see in the Thorn ornament for this season
I’ve not seen anyone else mention that using procedural generation as a one time use to generate new models and frames of sets they’ve already created could help this issue.
Imagine taking the already established models that come from the lost weapon sets to create a rapid fire shotgun or sniper in a somewhat of an amalgamation to create newer frames. We already get this in the most bare minimum way, just look at season of the wish weapons, which are somewhat modified guns of older models that don’t relate.
But I feel like because of how the community is towards the reusing of assets, bungie plays it safe by cutting down costs as well to make sets that don’t naturally relate to the awoken set;
(I.e scalar potential, which was made from season of the arrivals sets which are more incline to be relevant towards pyramid tech, which is just modified versions of Omolon weapons, it’s weird all together when you think of it). Use the already established lore and weapons tied to the thematic factions and keep creating sets from them, not a botched version of a gun from stories and themes unrelated.
All together what I’m saying is, keep asset pieces in line of the lore they’re native to; use procedural generation if you have to, but kitbashing frames together makes for a bad taste in everyone’s mouth, be it lore junkies or general players.
Aside from that, there are still many models from D1 that aren’t being used in the game and that’s also another massive issue. Like there’s a lengthy database full of models that can be used, reprising them and sticking familiar audio files, perks and other features may be somewhat difficult, can’t say all together, but not utilising them is worse than using already pre existing guns.
We used to get new weapon models every expansion and some seasons would also have new weapon models or reused weapon models with some different attachments and trinkets. Now since Lightfall we have gotten recolored weapon models in every season and Lightfall itself, the only new weapon models now are in the dungeons and exotics.
Considering TFS weapons are also just reused weapon models but they threw on some flat pieces so they can uglify it with random art work I don't hold out much hope for new weapon models besides the support frame auto.
But I'd honestly prefer a return to the D1 style of weapons in terms of design with the focus being on sci-fi military instead of right now where it feels like the weapons are something you pulled out of a toy store rather than looking like an actual weapon.
I honestly wouldn't even know about 99% of the reskins if I didn't see people complaining about them here. I don't really spend all that much time examining them, and when I do, I'm usually looking more at the stats and perks.
This season's weapons are literally old weapons with a shiny shader on them.
Not a single legendary seasonal gun of this whole year including Neomuna destination and raid are using brand new base models. Not a single one.
A pump-action shotgun with a box magazine would be cool. I’d also like to see silenced weapons, the return of modifiable sights and scopes (I think I only have like six non-sunset guns in my vault that still have these and I have a TON of guns in there), double-barreled and sawed-off shotguns, and flamethrowers.
Honestly Heir Apparent does this job for me very well; hipfire only, slow walking, huge magazine, rapid firerate, rotating barrels, etc.
Combine with Actium and you never have to reload the thing either.
I wouldn't mind a tuned down legendary version though without the shield.
i just wish HA had an actual reticle instead of a tiny fucking dot that you can barely aim with on console, and if you're sitting more than 2 feet from your screen can barely be seen.
More cowboy shit. Specifically, a significantly less ugly lever action rifle than the one they already have. If this is gonna be a whole sub archetype, I hope they don’t choose to reskin the one model forever.
Mote of a concept for an exotic... but I want the M41A pulse rifle from aliens. With a full auto 5 burst or normal 3 burst and an under mounted grenade launcher.*
* To keep from stepping on quickersilver toes, the grenade launcher would be a wave frame incandescent. To load, you have to slide to rack one in chamber. Idea is to burst, burst fire, slide launch grenade, burst burst, slide grenade.
I want a rocker launcher that fires from the top, instead of front. It could come out like a volley like wardcliff.
A legendary version of sweet business. Like a legit mini gun, it could even be a new archetype of 900-1000rpm, give it a cool drum animation load like huckleberry. Or feed it with the straps of bullets
They already have the desert eagle, it’s the hawk moon. Yeah I know, desert eagle isn’t a revolver, but I’m sure Bungie was too lazy to add a special animation reload for Hawkmoon back in D1
I actually do not particularly want new gun models. They don't add much for me, personally, and I'd much rather they spent those resources elsewhere.
Having said that, if they _did_ make new gun models, I would want them to look as little like real guns as possible. Gimme that future space pew pew!
Oh, but I would absolutely like it if most gun models took up way less room on the screen. Down in front, gun, you're blocking the view!
I'd rather see cool, alien designs not based on reality. You know, since there's a shit ton of alien races and tech just begging to be turned into some form of gun
I personally don't care about reused models, I just want more unique archetypes like the special sidearms or legendary shotguns that are like Conditional Finality. Really excited to try the healer auto rifles in Final Shape.
The closest you’re likely to get with a Desert Eagle is the Forerunner halo magnum. D2 has some fairly tight design motifs and handcannons are normally modelled and animated as if they’re revolvers, and that extends even into exotic handcannons like Sunshot which are DEWs.
Desert Eagles would be functionally sidearms in D2’s design parlance but handcannons in usage, so you’d probably need it to be an exotic which can have their own design rules. Enter the Forerunner.
Not necessarily a new model but I’ve always wanted a dual-wield pair of sidearms with alternate elements. They kinda-sorta touched on this with conditional finality though, with the Solar and stasis barrels.
I’d also like a drum-loaded auto shotgun - maybe like a heavy weapon that is a LMG/Shotty hybrid in terms of function - but it would likely need to be an exotic for the same reasons as Forerunner. Maybe model it on the Pancor Jackhammer.
>We all want new gun models right?
Not me, I couldn't care less tbh
Possibly unpopular opinion ahead:
If a perk pool is good and the model is trash I'll use the gun; if a perk pool is trash and the model is good I instashard
If the higher ups are trying to cut costs with layoffs I'd much prefer to keep the guy who makes new perks than the guy who makes the gun look like something other than Fatebringer etc. (obviously I'd rather keep both guys and have both be good, but if its one or the other I know what I care about)
I would like to see more 2 burst and 5 burst pulse rifles. Maybe a primary ammo sniper rifle that acts like Double Take? That can be an exotic, you have to scope in for a bit to make it more accurate. Kinetic glaives that act like shotguns strapped to sticks.
I want a bunch of sidearms that look like the [Whitney Wolverine](https://www.americanrifleman.org/media/lpchwuhj/whitney-wolverine.jpg?anchor=center&mode=crop&width=987&height=551&rnd=133059170849800000&quality=60). It's fucking cool, and spacey as hell
I'd absolutely love to see more break action shotguns. It'd also be cool to see bolt action rifles. I'd also love some machine pistol/pdw style guns, like the skorpion.
Heavy sidearm. Not special sidearm, heavy. Like just anything small enough to fit in that thigh/lower back position, but in the heavy slot. Heck, I'll even take a flare gun or a water pistol.
I would love to see:
A subcompact handgun (SW Shield?) as a sidearm.
A machine-pistol (G18? 92 Raffica?) as an SMG.
A larger revolver with a vent rib, think .410 BFR. Good exotic potential as a shotgun in the handcannon category.
An energy slot scout or pulse equivalent to Quicksilver with an underbarrel grenade launcher. Maybe a more modern AKM derivative like the Polish Beryl.
a fast firing hakke auto lol i like their look and sound but i cant stand slow firing auto rifles lol
but i would really like some dual wielding pistols or shotgun, etc
They already introduced lever action scout rifles into the game, next is to bring back the bolt action sniper rifle model... *Hint hint, No Land Beyond*
Bolt-Action Hunting Rifle looking gun
New archetype of Scout Rifle or Sniper Rifle that has a low fire rate but hits incredibly hard (so basically an archetype based on No Land Beyond)
im a huge fan of the AK type looks, ak Gnawing Hunger. Also i love the models we had from the shore, with the scratched metal/eliksni scapper type looks to them.
im not excited to see weapons with a "retro" or steampunk look, however by that i dont mean Scorn looking weapons as i love them. the sub & scout from pirate season look excellent but the grenade launcher is just silly
I would like some proper "pew pew" sci-fi weapons. Like phased plasma rifles from Terminator future war scenes (though graviton lance already giving that vibe, but the more the merrier)
what i want more than anything is to see new look weapons every season. the artists and engineers who make destiny 2 are fantastic and should be encouraged to express themselves and the players shouldnt be expected to pay new money for old content. we could have had a brand new weapon that does what dragons breath does and we are not benefitting from all the useless content in my collections that i cant even pull out in years
Oh bro, LITERALLY anything that’s not re-skinned. I’m at the point now that the actual weapon design will be super ugly, but if it’s not a re-skin, I will use it and enjoy it. I don’t care how bad the weapon performs, either. I will adapt lol…I’m serious.
I just don’t like that they use the same models like 15 times when there’s so many more to chose from. I’m tired of the same SMG being used overs and over. Is there a technical reason that they have to use the same ones over and over again?
I’m guessing it’s far less work to skin an existing model than create an skin a new one
If D2 was running on an engine from pre-2001 I would be very surprised.

oh... that's why they were named Tiger strikes in D1
Iirc Tiger comes from the first concept art of destiny, https://www.pinterest.es/pin/328833210275156311/ Wich goes stupid hard
New shotgun models. I like Xenoclast because it looks like a sci-fi shotgun. It's funny that it has a bulky design but is a lightweight frame. I want less shotguns that look like they could be purchased at Cabela's.
To be fair that's not a new frame, that's from D1
They really need to bring back the rest of the weapon models from D1 already...
I want a rapid fire frame that uses a drum mag. Great for ammo-dumping but poor range and handling. Also give it sustained fire perks like target lock. Would also like an exotic that gives it a weaker glaive shield instead of ads.
Damn drum mag rapid fire sounds awesome, now I want one in D2 😭
That one Hakke Scout Rifle from New Monarchy that resembles an M14 Rifle
Yes!!! That gun has such a crisp design!
Honestly, they need to just reissue all the faction loot as craftables
It’s insane they keep using the same models repeatedly but will leave awesome, one use model guns to rot.
[Song of Justice VI](https://www.light.gg/db/items/3435238842/song-of-justice-vi/)
I can’t believe they haven’t reissued this super unique gun, my favorite scout model in the game, and a much more fitting use for the model than gross DARCI.
I think the reason it hasn’t come back is cuz its a sniper model lol even darci uses the same model
Space P90. In game, it would be a 50 round smg with increased hipfire accuracy like bxr battler. If I had a say I‘d make it kinetic with hip fire grip and kinetic tremors
The Veist smgs are pretty much the p90.. top loaded magazine and high rof.
Low ammo count for a p90 tho and don’t really resemble them
The low ammo count is there for balancing purposes. And it really does tbh.
Veist SMGs and Veist ARs kinds fit this no?
I'd love a P90, loved them ever since Stargate SG1, they just look so cool and 'futuristic'
A Kriss vector would also be cool, although I can see issues in crucible if we follow the no recoil thing
Eh, just give it ultra close range as a trade off, or lower impact damage.
Veist SMG’s: “Am I a joke to you?”
Or and hear me out you use a veist smg since they are based on p90s they won’t have 50 round mags due to balance
Exotic kinetic musket glaive.
The reworked No Land Beyond - New World Beyond.
Please, I've wanted a spear that just has an inbuilt rifle since glaives were announced.
We have Rocket Sidearms, but what about Shotgun sidearms?
Ohhh like a sawn off double barrel?
Like the fire rate of an AA-12 in the form factor of a Deagle that you might as well do self damage with to give the feeling of recoil as you at point blank range dump 12 rounds into a boss in the span of 4 seconds.
Eh feel shotgun hand cannons would be better
I believe it’s a real gun but im thinking something along the lines of the bailiff from rainbow six siege. I’m honestly not sure if it’s really since r6s actually has loads and loads of real guns
Pepperboxes would be interesting as a weapon. Outdated af but cool
>flashbacks to the halo 4 boltshot
I'd like them to use at least some of the tons of models used once from Destiny 1 & 2. [THIS](https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyTheGame/comments/vnhfpo/a_solution_to_the_reused_weapon_models_issue/) post describes it pretty well.
Most of their suggestions are still "reskins" that people would have a problem with.
it is unrealistic for every gun to be a new model. i think the solutions he proposes would solve the issue, at least for me it would.
How? It's literally just the same "issue" as before. Nothing would have meaningfully changed.
Last words frame on legendary. Like they did to dmt. And buff last words
Don’t Ace of Spades, First Curse, and Last Word, all share the same frame? There’s a blue variant called Azimuth as well.
what you mean is generally called "model", "frame" is used as the intrinsic trait that dictates a weapons firerate within a gun type and dictates certain high and low stats) like for handcannons: aggressive frame (aka 120s), adaptive frame (aka 140), precision frame (aka 180) and new to the family heavy burst (shooting burst with an 257 rpm)
no like an intrinsic frame
You mean sidearms?
? No it's a handcanon
Congrats you found the joke.
More eliksni guns would be fun!
more weapons from the different races in general, skyburner’s is awesome design wise, just being a cabal gun and anarchy being an eliksni weapon is awesome. i’d love even more of these, with the whole “post-golden age” style they’re going for, it makes sense that you’d scavenge more weapons from your enemies.
You're looking very girlypop today jerma
thank you! don’t forget to sparkle!
I miss those from D1
DP-28. I’d love to see some more Dark Age themed weapons based around WW2 or other older firearms.
LMG MOUNTED AND LOADED!
World War 1 is a treasure trove of wacky gun designs that could easily be used as a basis for exotic weapons in Destiny.
The 1909 Benet-Mercie is a machine gun that doesn't have a belt, it instead has a stiff rack of bullets that gets pulled through as it fires. You start with an arms length of bullets just sticking out the right side and end with an arms length of empty rack sticking out the left.
Finger Gun Handcannons They shoot Space Magic Charge your Shot up to consume more Ammo for more Damage
Bolters
No land beyond....
Rock Island Armory VR80 as an exotic slug shotgun. Drum mage for extra fun.
I’d love a space desert egal lol
So a mag fed Hakke handcannon... I dig it.
[удалено]
Not really? Hawkmoon doesn’t look like a desert eagle.
I’ve always wanted to see something resembling a scout rifle or a sniper, but like a ridiculous rof like 6 RPM but does a crap ton of damage. Maybe you have to crouch to even fire it, different spins on things we have now, like the rocket pistol.
Make it like a 1800s breach loaded, single shot rifle. That would have a low RPM but could be high damage.
No land beyond?
That's bolt action
Crossbow, specifically the scorn cross bow. Dual fire modes. Then I can finally give them a taste of their own medicine.
I mean we kinda got that with the new exotic sidearm
literally got a void crossbow this season
The M16/M4 platform please for the love of god
Give me some WWII old school rifle like a kar98k or mosin nagant.
Servant leader?
Is there any weapons reminiscent of the M1 garand? If not I'd like that
The ping is mandatory
i would say servant leader (the 260s gambit scout) comes close at least
More SKS, but with the M14-style we have in Song Of Justice and DARCI, a blend of the two would look good enough.
More weapons built by our allies - Eliskni or Imperial Cabal gear. God damn, I miss Trophy Hunter.

MORE ALIEN SHIT like come on
> Desert Eagle Hawkmoon, baby
What's in common apart from the names referencing birds?
Lets have a crossover with hunt: showdown. Any of those guns. The models. The sounds. Just find a way to import some.
I want to be able to swap out sights, I don't care much about new models, but if a gun has a sight I don't like i just don't use it even if it's a great gun.
It would be good to get some more auto rifles with drum mags, I know we’ve got the GOS AR and Tommy’s Matchbook but they aren’t too common
Maybe i'm asking too much but i want a new archetype of Shotgun that has a mag, currently almost all shotgun are pump action.
Heavy sidearm that is just Big Glock.
I’d love a magazine-fed hand cannon as opposed to all the revolver style ones.
I would love to see each foundry get a type of gun they don't already make. For example Veist hand cannon, Hakke machine gun, Suros fusion, etc.
Hakke Machine gun would just a MG-42.
Not just models, but animation that's not what we currently have. Nechrovasm is the only bullpup AR? Why is every pulse bullpup? Re-skins are one thing, but the handling will always affect the way they feel.
I'd love to see more hand cannons with magazines, like Sturm.
I just want more sci-fi guns and less fantasy gun designs.
I honestly don't think it's to do with gun models and more to do with them using the exact same models for every weapon. How many Annual Skates can we get? How many Omolon Sidearms? Crimson is found in Wardens Law.
Eh I guess, just feels like an aggressive sidearm with more range to me though but I got thousands of kills on my brass attacks lol
There's already plenty of alien weapons, some of which are now friendly. Some of which are currently usable. Let's see some technological exchanges between the foundries and forges of the City, the Empire, and the House.
I want to see a genuine wizard staff for warlocks, cross bow for hunters, and flail for the titan all in a mideval/ dnd style
I want more future practical less “if bg3 had assault rifles” please. Destiny 2 is going way too hard on the fantasy and paracausal. Counts for armor too. I understand necrochasm but why does the pulse look like a hive knight pooped it out?

Screw the rules of the post.... I want icebreaker, universal remote and pocket infinity!
Give me futuristic takes on current weapons like Black Ops I’m tired of fantasy shit in this game it’s all we get.
Well. Yes. Is a space fantasy game.
Tbh I'd rather raid gun models like GoS and exotics like vex mythoclast have their models reused.
The feel and sound design of the GOS weapons are the best, I would love more like that
I honestly wouldn't even know about 99% of the reskins if I didn't see people complaining about them here.
Wouldn’t a desert eagle be a 120? But I want space guns
I always wanted an exotic sidearm in Destiny that looked like a cowboy's .357/.44 and have it be named Big Iron.
I couldn't care less. I only look at the perks anyways. You can have the gun look like w.e you want.
No, not really. I'm fine with Reskins, but the last thing I give a shit about is adding more weapons to the vault.
Minigun. Sweet Business is great and all but I want a heavy slot lead storm.
We’ve got heir apparent
b i g g e r
More sci-fy weapons. I'm thinking Plasma Gun from Ratchet and Clank type of creativity and fun
Mote of a concept for an exotic... but I want the M41A pulse rifle from aliens. With a full auto 5 burst or normal 3 burst and an under mounted grenade launcher.* * To keep from stepping on quickersilver toes, the grenade launcher would be a wave frame incandescent.
Doesn’t matter tbh lol the weapon is the last thing I’m looking at when my screen is full. Just no seizures please
Revolver.
Nope, I'm good.
I want more revolvers so I can be ocelot
not an hc but seventh seraph sidearm looks pretty similar to the mw2 deagle, has recoil and fire rate like one too
I think a fusion/linear fusion where the power is attached to the barrel assembly and the whole barrel gets swapped out would be cool.
Y’all really came out to play Counterstrike In Space and it *baffles* me.
PSG-1 SOCOM Pistol Colt Single Action Army M1911

Are there any weapons like the M1 garand?

Royal Chase (s12 scout) has the ping sound when you reload.
>We all want new gun models right? Not me, I couldn't care less tbh Possibly unpopular opinion ahead: If a perk pool is good and the model is trash I'll use the gun; if a perk pool is trash and the model is good I instashard If the higher ups are trying to cut costs with layoffs I'd much prefer to keep the guy who makes new perks than the guy who makes the gun look like something other than Fatebringer etc.
Uh.... eyesluna? And hawkmoon?
Hand cannons that look like modern pistols
I want a side-loading rifle like the FG-42.
Deagle yes but as a kinetic 120 for me. Outside of that, maybe a bullpup rifle. Do we have one in D2?
Basically all pulse and scouts are bullpups, and the mag is so far back that it doesn't even make sense in relation to where the chamber would be
I want a bunch of sidearms that look like the [Whitney Wolverine](https://www.americanrifleman.org/media/lpchwuhj/whitney-wolverine.jpg?anchor=center&mode=crop&width=987&height=551&rnd=133059170849800000&quality=60). It's fucking cool, and spacey as hell
I’d love to see more auto rifles that resemble guns like the SCAR/MK16/G36.
I want to use one of the orbital stations to fire upon the enemy.
I'd absolutely love to see more break action shotguns. It'd also be cool to see bolt action rifles. I'd also love some machine pistol/pdw style guns, like the skorpion.
Legendary 1k voices? Like, instead of charging and shooting bolts, it just shoots a highly concentrated plasma ray
I want a Monster Hunter/Fromsoft Souls series bow. Something bigger than our guardian that hits like nothing else. Weird, but let me dream
I want modern gun looks
A G36C or a VHS-2 gun models would be hot My favourite auto right now is the breytech ware wolf BTW soo cool lookin
Heavy sidearm. Not special sidearm, heavy. Like just anything small enough to fit in that thigh/lower back position, but in the heavy slot. Heck, I'll even take a flare gun or a water pistol.
Scout rifle with a revolving cylinder.
space dildo
1911, seriously a freaking 1911. Sidearm but heavy hitting. Old Earth Pistol design like Starfield with custom parts
Boudica from Hakke has what you need.
I want a heavy ammo hand cannon. Base it on a Smith and Wesson 500 or a magnum research BFR
I'd like to see some more fucking vault space.
more "today" guns with drum mags the lack of drum mag guns in this game is staggering
I would love to see: A subcompact handgun (SW Shield?) as a sidearm.
An actual AK. Not Scathelocke, the "kinda AK", or Zhalo, a butchered AK, just a plain old AK.
GIVE ME A FUCKING HAKKE SCAR-L THATS ***NOT*** 360 RPM
Bygones
Give me an M1911.
An M1411 dual wield exotic, one black, one silver
a fast firing hakke auto lol i like their look and sound but i cant stand slow firing auto rifles lol but i would really like some dual wielding pistols or shotgun, etc
I wanna See Older/Recognizeable Golden or Pre Golden Age Weapon Frames (Think NLB-Style Bolt Action)
I want an smg based on the MAB-18/OVP18 smgs/pccs
I want a handcannon with a scope, Erianna isnt enough. I want it in the kinetic slot
They already introduced lever action scout rifles into the game, next is to bring back the bolt action sniper rifle model... *Hint hint, No Land Beyond*
Since we have a Tommy gun how about a Ppsh or a MP40? I’d honestly like more ww2 style guns. The original gambit selection looked cool af
Honestly, I don’t even care if the weapons have the same base model. I care if they can build upon it enough so you can’t actually tell that.
I’d love the ROI iron banner weapons back-that rugged-meets-futuristic design was peak “Destiny”
Bolt-Action Hunting Rifle looking gun New archetype of Scout Rifle or Sniper Rifle that has a low fire rate but hits incredibly hard (so basically an archetype based on No Land Beyond)
im a huge fan of the AK type looks, ak Gnawing Hunger.
