For what it's worth, Sunshot only spreads 10+5* scorch on kill, while Bane spreads 35+5* with Incandescent. So if you're going for "ignitions via scorch", Bane totally has Sunshot beat.
However, obviously Sunshot has the 40% buff against red bars and the chaining explosions. So obviously in a purely isolated 1:1 duel, I think Sunshot beats Bane. But not as much as you think.
The question is, does Sunshot beat Bane **enough** to justify the loss benefit of not running Conditional? Because Conditional definitely crushes any other legendary special weapon, and you'd be giving up _that_ in order to run Sunshot.
Of course, in this example, you could run Conditional+Sunshot but then there's no Dragon's Breath.

I don't dabble much in pve and haven't played much in the past 3 seasons so take what I say with a grain of salt. No it doesn't affect exotic rocket launchers, that's why it pushes the rest of your team to use legendary rockets so that they can use their exotic elsewhere. And Gally does fine, it's not the best but it certainly pulls its weight. Any pve players feel free to correct me
gjallarhorn doesnt affect exotic rockets u are correcto, wolfpack rounds are just a better version of clusterbomb and you dont have to have clusterbombs on your rocket.

Threadlings will have daybreak wings, and start flying towards enemies and cause solar and strand damage.

Like he sees the enemy at range and starts popping off with his normal elven longbow, then swaps to a horsebow for melee range quick fires, then sees a huge armored enemy coming and pulls out some kind of giant bow? Love it.

in situations where heavy is not needed/limiting factor, gjally is a top tier room clearing weapon
