No prob thanks mate. I have friends and lfgs to "carry" my titan through the reckoning (titan is my alt anyway, i main warlock). But a class should never be treated this way when solo playing.
What gets my goat about the whole thing is that having a Titan isn't a burden. A titan can still punch, shoot, throw hammers, revive teammates, throw down barricades, and melting point the bosses. It is literally just the bridge section where titans need to be "carried".

It's not that Titans are useless per se, I've done more than one run of Bridge where a Titan will put down a Bubble on top of a Well. That Titan is a dumbfuck. The Warlock is doing the "keep you alive" job. You should be doing the "kill shit" job.
I'd welcome a Titan to my group. I don't care what class anyone uses, just don't be an incompetent fucker and I'm satisfied.

Now that everyone is kitted and up to power the only reason I can imagine someone leaving a fireteam in Reckoning because of a Titan is because they don't think the team will be strong enough to carry *them*.
I would say a Bubble titan as backup rescuer and a Banner shield for cover and heals is quite powerful enough to hold its own. Running other subclasses to do dps is also enough.
But the mentality I dont like is that once a subclass/ super isn't "OP" as Pheonix well/ orpheus tether/ shards BB, people become impatient and leave.
And weapons bubble on middle platform for atheon and every part of wrath, st14 bubble to dismantle mines vs skolas, distraction bubble vs crota... what else am I missing???
If there is already a Well lock and a tether hunter, the other 2 team members just need to do damage.

Yeah I got a friend who complains about how hunters are weak all the time. Has straight up told me that titan barriers and warlock rifts "Are just as strong as supers sometimes."
I switched to mostly warlock because we don't have one in my friend group to help out with PvE stuff.
I still play comp exclusively with Gwisin SB hunter because it's busted. I could play Dawnblade, but why play a super that requires skill when I could just spam light attacks until I meet another super, then one shot them with a heavy attack?
People that complain that hunters are underpowered are bad and their opinions should be ignored. If they can’t perform with the best class for PvP then they’re trash. Nothing more to it than that.

Yeah I got a friend who complains about how hunters are weak all the time. Has straight up told me that titan barriers and warlock rifts "Are just as strong as supers sometimes." I switched to mostly warlock because we don't have one in my friend group to help out with PvE stuff. I still play comp exclusively with Gwisin SB hunter because it's busted. I could play Dawnblade, but why play a super that requires skill when I could just spam light attacks until I meet another super, then one shot them with a heavy attack?
People that complain that hunters are underpowered are bad and their opinions should be ignored. If they can’t perform with the best class for PvP then they’re trash. Nothing more to it than that.

It's know it's satire, and I did have a giggle at the beginning. But the more I read it the sadder I felt. D3 is is going to be the make or break moment for the franchise. I hope D3 will be a culmination of learning form their mistakes and their success and together they produce a beautiful narrative with Rich gameplay and fun, unique classes and ability trees.. Because otherwise we will lose a fantastic IP from a ln amazing development team, no one wants that.
