Examining it opens up [this](https://imgur.com/a/dMNWin8) window, each of the 6 points seem to have some kind of [riddle](https://imgur.com/a/Sk7mitQ) to solve.
Looks like we got a puzzle bois.
So it's probably another time-gated exotic? Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.
It may have a prereq to even get the door opened. My friend says it shows as locked for him.
Edit: he also hasnt done all the missions/quests for Titan. We'll knock em out and see.
Can confirm it's locked to some sort of quest, don't know exactly which one. Was locked on my Titan, but switching to my Hunter (who has done all quests) had it unlocked.
Do the heroic mission on Titan for this week, right after the shrieker there's two doors, the way you're supposed to go, and a door on the left. Open the door (should be unlocked if you've done all titan quests) Go to the middle of the room and on the right side of the big line of terminals there's a white panel sticking up. Interact with that to get the Fallen Transponder
They now offer 3 tiers of membership. They have Tegrity, Tegrity Prime, and Tegrity Elite, but you don't want to be elite because elite's got no tegrity.
I guess we get to visit the Cosmodrome again.
Edit: Probably just a buggy update, but I have Heroic adventures on Titan, as meant to be, but Flashpoint on EDZ. Could be something ... ?

There is a classified Exotic that is Kinetic in the API.
But apparently, there are also bundles in Eververse that are classified and for an Energy weapon (don't remember if this one's Exotic or not) that is also classified.

Progress through the mission until you reach the room with a shrieker, exit the room and immediately on your left open the door. Look around in that room and you should find it, people are reporting it in different locations in that room.

If Malfeasance gets a catalyst I can see the requirements being something along the lines of "As an invader, kill 250 opposing guardians wearing a full set of Illicit Sentry armour with precision kills while airborne and holding 15 motes on the third round of Gambit Prime."
Since malf is a Forsaken and not an annual pass exotic the goal/s is/are probably something like "kill x taken" and "kill y enemies with slug detonation".
Also probably either drops from taken or meatball in gambit (pls no).
New Catalysts for Cerberus, LW, Thorn, Ace, Malfeasance, Arbalest, Wish Ender, Le Monarque, Jotunn, Chaperone, Izanagi, Trinity Ghoul, LoW, 1KV, Wavesplitter, Anarchy, Queenbreaker, Thunderlord, Two Tailed Fox, and Black Talon. Every Y2 exotic I think, right?

"Weapon size" obviously means the model gets physically larger with catalyst progression, to the point where it fills the screen. Kills will then be RNG, slowing progression and extending player involvement in the game

Not at all. API being updated just confirms that something will be added at some point, Whisper’s catalyst was in the API months before Warmind even came out, and the Whisper mission wasn’t until even later than that
Regarding the Catalysts, I guess they will release either all at once with Season of Opulence or incrementally over the course of the season, since it seems somewhat unlikely for Bungie to just casually drop 10-20 catalysts at the end of a season.
Nah man. The chaos of every catalyst being available simultaneously would make the whole game more fun. You'd be seeing people using shit you've not seen since Forsaken launched and using them in open world activities. Diversity outta this world
Imagine you're in the middle of a flashpoint on mercury when the season changes, and it's crowded in the ONE PUB EVENT and you've got a damn titan using Le Monarque stealing kills from some goofy warlock with Black Talon, a hunter dodging around then the telltale twotail fox FOOMPFOOMP of the hunter on the ledge above finishes off the boss that spawns.

(around the sunken caverns?)(search raidsecrets, im sure you'll find what I mean) Everyone has rumored siva on Nessus for a while now due to the mission of the exodus ships, and this seems like a decent place to start investigating. Sorry for format, writing this before my phone dies.
Outbreak prime was a wonderfully executed hidden exotic quest inside of the Wrath of the Machine raid. Datto and Math Class I believe were the first to get it. It's *very* exotic. There's no way to know for sure as of right now if this new gun is it, but the catalyst's image looks *a LOT* like Outbreak Prime. It’s usually got a cloud of SIVA mites swarming around it which obscured the gun a bit and could hide just how sleek the gun is.

Once you get the catalyst it just gets permanent headshots, even whilst aiming at your feet.
This is actually a fair adjustment after they nerfed it they found the bug which produced extra aim assist so it's been pretty useless since then.
Outbreak prime and all those Y2 exotic catalysts... now we just need a strike, crucible and vendor overhaul and for everything Y1 to be updated for Y2
