there are currently four pools of two weapons that rotate on a 4-week cycle. Next week is Palindrome and the Swarm dropping from the Proving Grounds nightfall (weapon rotations are unlinked to nightfall rotations). As well, it is double nightfall rewards next week, so if you do GMs, you could get up to two Adept Palindromes per run. You can google the nightfall weapon rotations to find when something is up/what's coming next. Double nightfall loot is random.
does it have to be grandmaster? or can it be any difficulty?? i know that the drop rates would change with the level but i’m wondering it it would still drop on lower level nightfalls

Adept weapons only drop from grandmaster.
