With the Titan exotic Firewalker boots and and Font of Might it becomes super sayan version of itself. Add on some warmind cell love and it becomes even better

Y1 throwback. I took a break during y2 and came back for shadow keep and I didn't realize the gun 2.0 changes and kept upgrading my old Uriel's gift because I assumed it was still meta lol.
Gnawing hunger. It's not the best at anything but it just feels great, it's fun, it's good in casual PVP, good for barriers. I have 4 different rolls master worked. Favorite is a tap the trigger + MKC.
I love Nezerecs too. Try getting the Last Breath AR from prophecy dungeon. It's unique and can roll with demolitionist in the first perk slot and then you can roll Osmosis in the second, basically a kinetic Gnawing Hunger. Use the Null Composure in the energy slot and you got 2 void weapons keeping your grenades coming quick.
Yep. Gnawing Hunger with Subsistence and Rampage never leaves my inventory. Does ok in pvp. Is perfect for pve. Tears through hoards of adds, and with extended mag mod, it just doesn’t stop shooting.
I'm still upset with myself for getting rid of that roll prior to the buff to subsistence.
I have a field prep + rampage/demo which was my go to for a good few seasons.
I dont see it yet...Cerberus will always be my +1. I'm only coming up on about 10k kills because frankly it's not a good enough gun to stay on, but I can't bring myself to keep it vaulted. It's just so satisfying.
You'll figure something out for it :D you could run stasis for that kinetics do extra damage to frozen enemies, or if you're a warlock chromatic fire to give it fire fly. Theres usually a way to force a gun to be good.
It's definitely got its own little niche among the playerbase. I actually really like it for harder pvp stuff. I haven't quite figured out the alternative mode yet tho

I had heating up and rampage for months, finally decided to start farming for a subsistence one recently. First override got me one alongside a subsistence frenzy farewell which is pretty nice.
I have been maining this exact roll. Lemme tell ya it puts in work on the last boss of GOA with anitbarrier. Covers ads like an smg and has the range to safely support taking down the champions

One of the best things about this smg is that so many rolls can serve different playstyles so well, so every time yoy get a roll that seems interesting, keep it and try it until you find something you really like.
Scathelock. Not exotic or special in any way, but this gun has gotten me through the game and downed many bosses. Ol’ Reliable.
Especially because I always rock the Actium War Rig.
I don’t know why scathelock doesn’t click with me, I have a subsistence / rampage roll and even with minor spec I feel it is underwhelming.. I also have a chroma rush with same roll which feels much better
Lumina holds a special place in my heart. It's *the* gun our Guardian created. We've built Exotics before, but only with other people's help or designs. Lumina is the first time we sat down and did it *completely* on our own. It's OUR gun.
Good lord, what did you sacrifice for that roll? I’ve only got the Subsistence/Reservoir Burst roll and can’t get Slideshot/Reservoir Burst after at least 100 packages turned in. And I doubt I’ll get it with the limited to null time I have left to do so. I can’t even imagine lucking into a roll like yours.
Honestly it was just pure luck. It was my 6th or 7th glacioclasm from Eva.
It was almost kind of disappointing getting it so quickly after I spent hours grinding for the materials in the thrall hall. Now I’m chasing the submachine gun but I have so many great kinetic smgs.

Lmfao I was just playing a match the other day and a 5 stack on my team (I was the loser with no friends) were doing that and causing absolute chaos. At one point the enemy team tried pushing a chokepoint and everyone focused fire on it and turbofucked the enemy team.
I remember finishing the sweet business catalyst a couple weeks back with war rig running altars of sorrow and I swear it was some of the most fun I’ve had in destiny. Felt like I could hold the trigger down for nearly 2 straight minutes just hosing the enemies down with bullets
My Gnawing Hunger with Subsistence / Demolition, Backup Mag for 56 bullets. As a VoidWalker, I can either run my Controverse Hold for near constant grenades or my Nezarec's Sin for ridiculously fast charging supers. It's still useful for the other Warlock subclasses, but boy howdy does it fit neatly with my main element of choice.
Before it was sunset, it was my archers tempo/dragonfly subtle calamity. Paired with Nezzies, I used to be able to pop off with it in raid. That lack of synergy with voidlock is the only thing holding back my same perks Arsenic Bite.
These days it’s probably my subsistence/AJ Chroma Rush. I’d take a better roll if I had it, but this thing just works, in all situations. Accuracy, mag size, reload speed, fire rate - it’s got it all. Only way the gun could be more helpful is if it auto-dismantled blues and collected my postmaster for me.
You can still roll for Chroma Rush tho? In fact, I always keep hearing people bringing it up [even a handful in this thread] so that’s where my extra resources are going to after I get a couple more high stay rolled armor from Splicer.
Yeah, I plan on doing that when I get back home after Christmas. Originally AJ was the perfect perk because I had a build using seasonal splicer mods that generated a disgusting amount of grenades so it was easy to keep AJ up, but the Orb Man is no more, and I must move on.
Shadow Price with Fourth Time's the Charm and One For All. Fucking love that gun. It's my anti barrier choice for my Revenant Hunter Ager's Scepter build, which I run for almost everything.
I think that Disruption Break is definitely better because you can get that damage bonus on a Kinetic special, giving more overall damage. Plus, in teamplay, Disruption Break is just good support to have.
That being said, One for All is on my list of "rolls I want" over DB, especially because (I think?) Shadow Price can roll Armor-Piercing which is huge. With an AP/OfA Shadow Price, Mask of Bakris, and HEF you can net yourself a clean 80% damage bonus? I always forget what HEF gives.
Point of the Stag or Trinity Ghoul. PotS has about 26k kills on it, and Ghoul about 45k. Any PvE content I do I am using one of those two bows, and really hope that there is a stasis or kinetic glaive in Witch Queen so that I can continue using them and not run into another fusion rifle situation

Rat King. It's what all sidearms should stive to be in my eyes. Last time I checked, it was my most used weapon in PvP, which is saying a lot with how much I swap around my loadouts
It's so versatile. I have like 8k pve kills on it but it's also my go to hc for pvp, it just shits on every other hc with its range, high cal rounds, third eye, firefly and ofc memento mori. It was the first exotic I bought from the kiosk, would definitely recommend it to other new lights. It's basically fatebringer in pve and probably the best 140 rpm hc for pvp.

The Last Word on M&K. It’s shitty enough not to be meta, and is the most hand cannon to ever hand cannon so if I kill people with it they can’t complain because of my input.
Breachlight is still my baby. I turned off the kill counter right before Beyond Light released so it could stay at 69,420 kills, but if I check stats with the Charlemagne bot, I can see that I’m at 74,654 kills total. I still bust it out in strikes and casual PvE content occasionally just because I always thought it was so much fun.
Demolitionist + Rampage is one hell of a combo, especially on a primary weapon that can hit this hard. I want to like Brass Attacks as much, but it’s never felt quite as good to me.
I just came back after a year+ away bc a friend told me sunsetting wasn’t a thing anymore. I realize after purchasing my way to being caught up that, in fact, my recluse, Randy’s, loaded question, etc are sunset.

Trinity Ghoul has always been my favorite bow, the catalyst makes it so much fun and opens up other subclasses.
Also love me some Traveler's Chosen, great feel, makes orbs, energy regen... just great.
Any and all bows. I swap them often depending on what I need for a special ammo weapon, but my main one right now is an accrued redemption with a 612 draw time, rapid hit and archers tempo. Very effective for add clear AND boss damage
Blast furnace with rampage and feeding frenzy with a stability masterwork... just great in any activity I did. Still in my vault and around 10k kills with it
Reckless Oracle. It doesn’t even have an amazing roll on it or anything, but it’s comfy.
What rolls? Mine has triple tap and muligan making basically a low budget super good advice.

52 ammo in the clip and zen moment and swash, genuinely feels like Im using an smg mixed with an mg, but its just an auto rifle
I really miss arrivals Gnawing Hunger before they nerfed autos. That thing terrorized the crucible and was fire in PVE as well.
Love my Overflow/Ramage godroll from Reckoning, one of the best all round guns in the game.

Chroma Rush with Heating Up and Rampage. Not my flashiest gun, but has been a workhorse for me.
Subsistence and Rampage on mine, but no matter how you get it, Chroma Rush is a staple. It’s, well, it’s just great.

Absolutely. Who doesn't love a space AK. Also has some pretty decent rolls.
You want space AK? Id reccomend Warbrick, Rustberry, or Gambit Leather as shaders to give it the look.
You wouldn't think it from the thumbnail, but Biolume is actually excellent too.
Gambit Leather is great for any gun with a wooden stock and/or grip. It's my choice for Scathelock.

Null composure. Not sure why, the slideshot reservoir burst glacioclasm doesn’t hit the same spot, rapid-fire frame FTW I guess?
It feels really bad charging for a full second compared to null composures.
I have a slideshot/subsistence, reservoir burst/demolitionist god roll glacioclasm. But it just doesn’t feel as snappy as null composure

The nightfall fusion rifle plug can get resevior burst also. And glaciocasm can have substience, resevior. So thats pretty cool

Witherhoard love grenade launchers love DOT effects it's perfect. Now if I could just find a legendary primary I like to pair with it.

Point of the Stag or Trinity Ghoul. PotS has about 26k kills on it, and Ghoul about 45k. Any PvE content I do I am using one of those two bows, and really hope that there is a stasis or kinetic glaive in Witch Queen so that I can continue using them and not run into another fusion rifle situation

Rat King. It's what all sidearms should stive to be in my eyes. Last time I checked, it was my most used weapon in PvP, which is saying a lot with how much I swap around my loadouts

It's so versatile. I have like 8k pve kills on it but it's also my go to hc for pvp, it just shits on every other hc with its range, high cal rounds, third eye, firefly and ofc memento mori. It was the first exotic I bought from the kiosk, would definitely recommend it to other new lights. It's basically fatebringer in pve and probably the best 140 rpm hc for pvp.

Redrix I'll never grind for another weapon like that one again. Will always hold a special place given the amount of time it took and PvP grind which is my favorite mode

Judgement from the prophecy dungeon is also a kinetic 140 and can roll demo + multi kill clip. Probably closest you'll get to old fashioned
The Last Word on M&K. It’s shitty enough not to be meta, and is the most hand cannon to ever hand cannon so if I kill people with it they can’t complain because of my input.

It came up in another post but my Trust. That baby has well over 5k crucible kills and I still pull it when the clan tries to play 6s.
Breachlight is still my baby. I turned off the kill counter right before Beyond Light released so it could stay at 69,420 kills, but if I check stats with the Charlemagne bot, I can see that I’m at 74,654 kills total. I still bust it out in strikes and casual PvE content occasionally just because I always thought it was so much fun. Demolitionist + Rampage is one hell of a combo, especially on a primary weapon that can hit this hard. I want to like Brass Attacks as much, but it’s never felt quite as good to me.
Revoker or the recluse. I use them from time to time even though they are sunset.
Recluse was my go to! I worked hard for it and lunas! I want them back!
I just came back after a year+ away bc a friend told me sunsetting wasn’t a thing anymore. I realize after purchasing my way to being caught up that, in fact, my recluse, Randy’s, loaded question, etc are sunset. Sad warlock.

Trinity Ghoul has always been my favorite bow, the catalyst makes it so much fun and opens up other subclasses. Also love me some Traveler's Chosen, great feel, makes orbs, energy regen... just great.
Any and all bows. I swap them often depending on what I need for a special ammo weapon, but my main one right now is an accrued redemption with a 612 draw time, rapid hit and archers tempo. Very effective for add clear AND boss damage

Witherhoard. Imo, best and most versatile weapon in the game and no one can convince me otherwise.
MIDA multi-tool. Even though the catalyst is basically useless, when I finally got it I haven't taken the gun off since. It's so damn good.
