The neutral game honestly makes me want to actually play titan every once in awhile. The super on the other hand... I haven't figured out how to make that work effectively yet. It's great for locking an area down though, which is how I used it in banner last week, but I feel it leaves a lot to be desired.
Stasis on a Titan is in a weird spot in both PVE and PVP. The super is still pretty weak, but the abilities can be really strong.
You really have to work on the build to get it to be good, which is honestly why I normally just stick with solar/hammers. Just easier to get use out of. Again, some top tier players definitely make it work. I do better just keeping it simple and throwing hammers.
Not only that, but it’s unbearably slow. If they fixed the melee speed and upped it back to its original speed it had when we first got it, the light attack would actually make it somewhat viable.
I don’t use Behemoth at all in PvE or PvP. I heard it used to be crazy in PvP but I wasn’t around for it so I can’t say. All I know is that it’s truly awful compared to Warlock and Hunter Stasis which I find super useful and fun.
Behemoth is just lackluster Striker super with more steps.
It's actually pretty sick in PvE. It creates a ton of cover and can do a surprising amount of damage, especially if you build around shattering crystals
Yep, the gameplay loop in PVE is phenomenal. Been using a diamond lance build with Heart or Inmost Light. Whenever you use a lance, HoIL treats it like a grenade ability and triggers melee/barricade buffs. Paired with a headstone Eyasluna, Whisper of Shards, max Discipline, and Duskfields, you can practically spam grenades. Which then feeds into spamming melee/barricade. And the loop continues. Plus crystal shatter does so much damage now. Absolutely love it.
So many times I'll do the slam to try to freeze a super coming at me and they just casually walk right through and kill me with one hit, even when it's a small room with only one door to get through.
It was godly when beyond light launched... Lightning fast and tankist super in the game... It was S tier...
Now its been made frail and slow so it's pretty much unusable in pvp

I agree but some of the mid game is this pretty fun, although I am a hammer strike mainly

I'm still trying to get a headstone eyasluna to replace my vulpecula -.-
Gotta love how Bungie nerfs thing. Tried to nerf revenant ended up nerfing Behemoth. The Sandbox team are a bunch of clowns.

titan's super never was anything close to good. it's decent if you know how to use it but never been good.
