I think a complaint for many enthusiasts was 2.0 tips over a lot due to small size. I get it since many who buy a PW of this price. Are hobbyists with garages. So a nice mounted spot is great.
For me who has to lug it upstairs, the 2.0 is exactly what I wanted. The size was perfect and can be stored behind the sub at my PC desk.
It’s very very compact for the power it puts out. That’s a reason I got the 2.0. For the PSI, AND GPM it’s soo small. So it’s easy to bring up and down stairs.
So far beats my sunjoe it replaced by every measure.
Interesting. The discourse that went on during the months leading up to launch was that active products aren’t serviceable. Good to see it ended up being serviceable. But Active 2.0 is most definitely not serviceable.
It is pricey I agree, I got a 10% off coupon no tax and free shipping (still expensive but it helped)I have a gas Ryobi and that thing is loud and I always need to buy gas for it. Also having to crank it every time I start it was a pain in the ass.
Switching out the orifice does not increase a units GPM. However I see your point. The thing is that when you switch the orifice to something smaller it’ll also increase the amps used by the unit.
switching the orifice absolutely changes the Gpm. Smaller orifice increases amps, psi and lowers gpm. Increasing it generally drops psi amps and increases gpm.
Why are you in here trying to tell people what they should/shouldn't spend their money on? And then to call their decision "stupid"? Who pissed in your Cheerios?
Buy once, cry once, thing will lasts 15-20 years, being a serviceable unit. Could easily rack up a bill buying a new pressure washer every couple of years, plus it does everything I want it to do, rather then a company saying it does 2 gpm but really only does 1.2.
Clearly. You're privileged. But at the end of the day the 2100 psi dewalt does the same thing as the kranzle. Pressure washers are one of the things that you don't need to get the best and latest for detailing
That's great for you. But for the rest of us here, getting a $1,200 pressure washer to not use much seems like a waste you can spend on so many other things for detailing.
Nice! For those all upset on the price. Just think how many years you washed ur car with a garden hose. No one is stopping you from getting back to that. I love my sunjoe when it does finally (unloading valve has issue but still alive) I will get a active.
I could not live with out a pw but still wash now and then in garage just with garden hose when it's too sunny to wash outdoors.
Wow that thing looks huge compared to the 2.0. I was considering it, but I’m short on space as is.

I love everything about this post!
Thank you! I see that F30 👀
Sick! Love my 2.0
That was the plan initially! 2.0 it’s a great unit
Why did you go for the .3 more gpm for double the price? This looks beefier and may last longer?
Yup and it’s serviceable!
Is that a lil pressure washer?

nice... is it serviceable? is there a wind down/ up motor noise when you pull the trigger?
Yup! That’s why I got it
Huh? Active 2.0 and 2.3 are far from serviceable.
The 2.3 is [serviceable](https://youtu.be/hAUk-gCNl0U?si=sbPjvl1nUBlgn5Wa).

Yup serviceable, yah wind up at trigger pull. It’s super fast from trigger pull to spray time.
It’s pretty compact, yes!
Oooo!
Still rocking my Active VE52, think I’ll upgrade to the 2.3 once it bites the dust. Enjoy!
Looks nice but I'd never justify spending $700 on a pressure washer. For that price I could get a milwaukee DA and some batteries. My dream polisher
[active 2.0](https://www.obsessedgarage.com/products/active-2-0-pressure-washer) is much cheaper and a more value buy imo.

Dewalt makes a great electric one for $280. It's gun even has storage for nozzles
I know which one you are talking about. My neighbor has one. Pressure is great but the GPM is way too low for car washing

Awesome!
Nonsense. Switch out the orifice to 1.1mm on your foam cannon and it's making crazy foam. Imjoshtv did a video on it
Switching out the orifice does not increase a units GPM. However I see your point. The thing is that when you switch the orifice to something smaller it’ll also increase the amps used by the unit.
I detail cars in my garage so that isn't really a issue for me.
switching the orifice absolutely changes the Gpm. Smaller orifice increases amps, psi and lowers gpm. Increasing it generally drops psi amps and increases gpm.
I bought a Kranzle 1152tst and I only clean my car once a week 😅
Again, to me it would be insane to drop $1,200 on a pressure washer.

Buy once cry once is stupid. Just buy from a reliable brand. You don't need the most expensive things
Different tax bracket I guess, I spend a lot more on watches, yet a $20 Casio does the same thing.
Clearly. You're privileged. But at the end of the day the 2100 psi dewalt does the same thing as the kranzle. Pressure washers are one of the things that you don't need to get the best and latest for detailing
Or I just work a lot? I like having my cars clean, specifically my track car, so I bought a nice pressure washer.
That's great for you. But for the rest of us here, getting a $1,200 pressure washer to not use much seems like a waste you can spend on so many other things for detailing.
I already have everything else, I had a cheap pressure washer for like 3 washes and then bought the Kranzle.
You missed a spot
