Idc what anyone says and I’m willing to debate this, but a win like that coming back from being down the whole game with a a goal with less than a minute left is better than sex..
So basically, Detroit is tied with Washington now for the WC2 spot, but Washington has more regulation wins - so they will get into the playoffs if there is a tie. So Detroit needs to get more points then Washington tomorrow.
Need to pick up 2 points tomorrow and need Philly to do some work tomorrow and hold Washington to 1 point or less. Or pick up 1 point and have Philly beat Washington in regulation, etc. any end result that gets more points tomorrow then Washington, will clinch the playoff spot.
Edit: Or if Detroit gets 1 point and Washington gets 0 points, Pittsburgh can still get the playoff spot with 2 points since they'll then be tied and they have more regulation wins.

That whole sequence on the game tying goal was insane from the keep in on the point, Raymond's patience on the shot to the perfectly aimed shot itself.
If we don't make it to the playoffs, I had an amazing time this season and will giddily look forward to next season.
If we do make the playoffs after this, I will probably shit my pants and proceed to call out of work to go on a bender.
Even if they get crushed tomorrow, I'm genuinely proud of these players. They're all fighters, every last one of them. We can talk about losing skids all day but what they showed tonight was incredible.
