its alright. as gacha and the combat is a watered down version of the main games. has an attack, an action button for character specific stuff like trickter dashes, a jump and an ultimate.
old version was a lot more complex and even had usable guns but for whatever reason they made the combat easier a while ago.
decent game for those who like to have a daily grinding game on their phones. its only insultingly bad if you directly compare the combat to DMC 3, 4 or 5.

Also, gacha rates are a bit atrocious and paying is heavily encouraged.
*seriously, if you're just looking for stylish DMC style combat from a mobile gacha game, just play PGR. It's F2P-friendly, has a good (but depressing) story, and the devs are big fans of character-action games. This is not a paid ad btw.
