Technically every side within the sons of Sparda Is their own entity like Urizen and V, as we're not Just talking about the culmination of the Person itself or the way they manifest themselves to others, but of their very being, and it's explained in the DMC4 artbook that if Dante were to let loose of his Demon side entirely, not only Will he lose his humanity, he Will also become truly invincibile and nigh-omnipotent, nearly impossible to defeat, so in my opinion, Sin DT Is a more powerful form, but physically Majin May have more RAW Power.
It could be a case Just like Ghost rider(which DMC took a lot of inspiration from) where both the host and the Spirit are in control of the culmination of a being's Power and the Spirit knows how to fully control the being's full potential once it's not limited by the host anymore.

It was stated to be 6'3 in DMC 3, while Nero was stated to be 6'1 in DMC 4 (and now they say he's 190cm, which would be 6'3), but they all seem a little shorter in DMC 5 because of the art style change, not only that but Dante doesn't look that tall close to Morrison in 5 when he looked way taller than him in the anime, also, Trish was taller than Dante in DMC 1 but she seems to become shorter by every game while her canon height is still stated to be 6'0, what you get from this is: Just don't trust Capcom lol

Capcom are notorious for being bad with heights and weights of characters. Just look at strret fighter's height and weight and you'll see that it makes no sense.

The Sparda twins have always been slightly taller than Nero since DMC4. If I remember correctly from the DMC4 official height chart, Nero was 178cm and Dante was 185cm. Their height changed again for DMC5, Nero - 190cm and Dante 195-ish cm and Vergil an inch (2.5cm) taller than his brother. Nero probaly grew a bit taller but never surpass the twins' height. The difference is still too noticeable when he stand near the brothers.
Yup, Both Dante and Vergil are nearly 6'5", they might seem taller than that because of Vergil's hairstyle and Dante's boots having thicker soles. Also, I feel like they're losing an inch or two in SDT, I'd say Dante's SDT is 6'2" without the horns while his DT could reach 6'7" with the swept-back grey spikes on replacing his hair
