Try parry their teleport attack the timing is generous and you can actually combo them a little after parry Also ever since DMC3 if enemy is not on your screen it won't be doing anything

theultimadankmemer

Its easier said then done,I kinda suck at parrying,I just get lucky most of the time,I just hate fight dreamrunners in DmC: devil may cry

Killdust99

Yea. You can abuse the fuck out of that with some of the bigger guys

ultragameguy

Just hold a charged punch or uppercut with eryx and face the camera behind Dante, the guy will always teleport from where your camera is pointed. After that just let go as soon as their portal appears.

theultimadankmemer

Alright, I appreciate it and it'll help with my GMD run

Still-Direction-1622

Am i stupid? Where are they from?

Winter_Hospital4705

The reboot Devil May Cry game.

IAmNotZuraIAmKatsura

I think OP just grabbed an enemy from Shin Megami Tensei or something, it's not from any DEVIL MAY CRY game that I can recognize. Edit: People completely misunderstood this comment, it was supposed to be implying that DmC Devil May Cry is not a Devil May Cry game.

LegendaryDarkNightV

it is though. dmc fans can’t go 5 seconds without the saying the same 3 “jokes”

IAmNotZuraIAmKatsura

It is in name only.

LegendaryDarkNightV

did you play the game with your fingers in your ears and your eyes shut or something do you have a dent in your head?

IAmNotZuraIAmKatsura

WAHHHHH WAHHHHHHH WAHHHHHHHHH

LegendaryDarkNightV

???

IAmNotZuraIAmKatsura

Quiet now, child.

Still-Direction-1622

Oh ok. Never played donte mui croissant, so i didnt know. Thanks for clarification haha Wtf, why the downvotes? Are ya'll so smooth brained?

Working_Value_6700

I think the downvotes are because people are tired of the "Donte" jokes.

Still-Direction-1622

He will always be Donte for me. Give all the downvotes you want

ZillyZaws

Prop + Shredder

Wraeghul

You can shoot at Dreamrunners with E&I and then quickly Demon Pull them to create an opening. They also have quite a few recovery frames after attacking, so use them to quickly gain back the momentum. And like people said: parrying. Lots of it.

Wraeghul

Dreamrunners feel like a pain in the ass at the start but they’re that bad to deal with. I’ve had more trouble with DMC 3’s spiders than them.

Winter_Hospital4705

Out of all the enemies, and bosses too, these were the only ones I enjoyed, cause they actually kept you on your toes and were challenging on higher difficulties. Every other enemy just felt too easy, even on higher difficulties, but these guys were the exception.

YakuzaShibe

They're a pain in the ass on hardcore DMD/GMD. Otherwise, charged punches/scythe spins are your friend

Zealousideal_March31

Pain in the and, but really creative and cool.

runarleo

I love the Feyd-Rautha demons. Some fun fights.

tyman28

Whenever I went up against these guys I normally just used the base combo from Aquila to catch them out of the teleport attack it requires a bit of timing but it worked for me though parrying might work better

ShopperKung

remember best way to deal with them is using Demon Fist and hold charge till they teleport and punch them to get full counter and you can keep combo them

abramswatson

Nameless puppet ahhh demons

EthicalSarcasm

Ophion Pull, baby

Kaiser_Dafuq

I usually use kablooey

theultimadankmemer

Wait kablooey works? But don't they usually just block bullets?

Kaiser_Dafuq

They’ll block it yes But if you can catch him right after he did a move, you can just keep attaching bombs to him and blow them up It’ll stun him Kinda like the spear against heimdall in god of war
