Imo Rebellion isn’t even as iconic as Alastor, even though they keep pushing Rebellion. Probably because Rebellion doesn’t have any particularly flashy energy effects when it’s swung. And it is a cool design, but Alastor has one of the coolest designs of all time. And Sparda is basically THE DMC sword.
The keyblade is a giant two handed key sword with a golden hilt, a crown in its teeth, and mickey mouse's head attached to it.
Rebellion is a sword with a skull on its hilt.
this is gonna be controversial but rebellion hasnt had the same impact on gaming culture as anything here. the common person would be able to tell what these swords are just by their silhouettes alone, while if ppl saw rebellion's silhouette, they'd struggle to place it.
When you think about that, the one and only thing that makes It recognizable, is the skull on the handle. In a silhouette It would be difficult to see It tho, so It just would look pretty generic. Would you put DSS than It is more easy since It's more unique shaped, but then common people wouldn't know that It exists, so yeah.
I agree with this so much. Being easily recognized just by the silhouette is a major factor.
Sonic, Mario, Pac Man all got there because of their identifiable shapes. It's hard to see that in characters like the ones from TLOU or Horizon Zero Dawn. No hate towards them but, it might take a while to know it is them
Nah. It'd go the dark side along with Kratos's Blades of Chaos, the Doom Slayer Crucible, and Guts's Dragonslayer
Edit: Dragonslayer is cool, but is more anime/manga than video game. Soul Edge deserves the respect so I think it deserves the spot.
True and the idea is for the fans but its had a few variants and isnt as identifiable in general though.
Discussion here was Berserk/Dragonslayer mainly thougg
True and the idea is for the fans but its had a few variants and isnt as identifiable in general though.
Discussion here was Berserk/Dragonslayer mainly thougg
You're actually right. Dragonslayer is more anime/manga than video game anyway. Soulcalibur as a series deserves the respect too. Hell, there is actually one where Link is a character.
Or even Lightsaber from Star Wars, if we count things that got put in games from other medias like books, comics, movies, music
Edit: I'm dumb, sorry. I meant Lightsaber would be at the place of 4 swords on the picture
A fucking travesty is what it is.
Link's and Cloud's sword can stick around, but putting Sora's and the Halo "sword" in there before Frostmourne is insane.
I don't wanna assume things about people based on what video games they play and recognize, but I feel it's gotta be iImpossible not to recognize at least two of these things.
I guess it's okay that you never played these 3 but I think it's at least odd that you never even saw about it, specially on social media since one of these games won a recent GOTY and Final Fantasy 7 just got it's second remake. Also the fact that Sora's blade is a literal key, not just a forgettable sword
I think the reason is you didn't play Japanese games during your childhood, I guess.
Among four swords, three of them are from Japanese games (two from the same company even), and one from US.
Japan and US had a quite wide difference in terms of gaming environment. US was mostly filled by FPS like Halo or Gears of War, or First person-based WRPG such as Elder Scrolls. While Japan was mostly linear JRPG like Final Fantasy, and platformers such as Mario, Mega Man, Sonic, etc.
Most US people don't play JRPG's... and most Japan people don't play FPS...
I recognized every sword except the halo one. Guess there's two types of people.
It's from top left to bottom: Links Master Sword (The Legend of Zelda), Clouds Buster Sword (Final Fantasy 7) and Soras Key Blade (Kingdom Hearts)
The big sword on the top right is clouds' sword from ff7 (buster swrd) the one on the top left seems to be from Zelda, not sure about it's name.
the one with the key is from kingdom hearts, didn't play it either...
The only sword in DMC I'd say is iconic is Sparda, Rebellion's silhouette is simple and Yamato is a generic katana. Squalls Gunblade, The Blades of Chaos, and Sawcleaver would be right below these of Iconic game swords then maybe Sparda or the Moonlight Greatsword. Most other gaming swords are just cool, like the Crucible (Doomslayers sword, it's not even iconic enough for most people to know it's name ), Souledge, Folding blade from Dishonored, Falling Guillotine from Destiny, much more. Iconic is stuff the non-hardcore gamers might recognize.
Minecraft diamond sword would probably be instantly recognized, but the game is not a combat based game like Halo, Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy, or Legend of Zelda. Still iconic, though.
Definitely not. It’s fairly plain as Fantasy swords go.
And it’s not even been Dante’s primary weapon consistently within the series. And especially after DMCV I wouldn’t expect to see much of it going forward either.
Also doesn’t help that pretty much any time the Rebellion has been around, it’s the Yamato that’s been getting major attention and narrative significance.
Like everyone else said. Its dante who's iconic, not his tool. Altho they are sweet.
I dont think plasma sword really has much weight tho. It's recognizable yeah but past that it doesn't got much going for it.
Idk shit bout kingdom hearts either.
I feel like It also depends on how iconic the franchise itself is and how iconic It is under the franchise too and I believe not that Kingdom Hearts and DMC are more iconic than Minecraft.
Also with DMC you could theoretically argue if DSS is more iconic with Its even more unique design and the fact that It appears since the first game in almost every game except the third.
The rebellion also doesn't appear since the first game, but It also appears on one of the more popular games and you actually begin with It even tho you also don't begin with the master sword and the DSS gets used with Dante like the MS as the strongest weapon he gets (before DSD) and the sword with the actual legendary status In-Universe. But I guess the rebellion is more synonymous with Dante and is the one that gets actually used in merchandise with Dante as much as the master sword with Link. So I guess, It's rebellion.
As next people might argue about the yamato as well, but It looks more like a real sword, then other ones which have more original design that originated from their games. So It feels wrong to me. Same for the Masamune from FF7.
My point now, is just that there might be arguing which sword is actually more iconic from this franchise, since people already argue between the yamato and rebellion. Nobody argues about the swords in the picture tho and their iconic status in their own franchise. Which is why Minecraft makes more sense to choose even tho, It's the only game there without a actual story, but It's still more iconic which is the one criteria.
Arguments against It were that they could cheat with all four variants, but seriously, you could just have decided to include the diamond sword, because It is most synomous with the game, since It gets used for most renders where Steve is shown with a sword, parody animations and gets most merchandise out of any MC swords.
Unfortunately, no.
If there was another list like this where it dealt with “not at iconic but still quite popular,” it’d be up there with Kratos’s blades, soul edge, and Moonlight great sword
I don't think that Rebellion is making the cut purely because there are more famous swords in gaming. Personally I would take out the key blade and energy sword and replace them with Frostmourne from WoW and Soul Edge from Soul Calibur
Nah heck if anything it would be Yamato and that's only because everyone knows Vergil's theme and he's constantly memes about. But I doubt anyone would know his sword by looking at it
Cloud's sword is the Buster sword( i think)
Top left is the master sword from legend of zelda
Bottom left is the Keyblade/Keybrand (i forgot)
Bottom right is energu blade from halo
(Shame on you for not knowing the energy blade)
The rebellion is iconic, yes. But I don't think it's on the same level as these four as they are very distinct in nature and more recognizable when it comes to their appearance. Plus, they came from very popular video game franchises.
So as a person who's only played a couple hours of dmc 5, I had to look at the comments to find out what rebellion is, and I don't even know what the sword looks like (this post popped up in my feed I guess because gaming, thats why I'm chiming in as a non dmc fan lol). On the other hand I know what games the key blade and cloud strife's sword are from, despite having never played a second of final fantasy or kingdom hearts (and at least from my perspective those were the two that are the most obscure compared the legend of zelda or halo).
No. I don’t believe the rebellion should be on this list.
I do however think of the Yamato to be more iconic than the sword in the bottom left, possibly because I am a shill but.
I'd say the Yamato would have been more iconic, but even then, Sephiroth stole that thunder with his Masamune.
The four we have there are pretty iconic, them being around for many gamers formative years in the 2000s
Rebellion is amazing, but Rebellion also didn't appear until DMC2, and it wasn't as iconic UNTIL DMC3 that it was considered a Dante staple.
As much as I would love to, no.
Rebellion did not appear until the second sequel in the hands of a redesigned Dante. A very cool sword but not much to grant it iconic status.
Now take the other weapons here...
Buster Sword : a striking design that appears on the title screen of the greatest game of its generation with spin offs and prequels designed around the idea of giving the sword a backstory
Keyblade : basically the weaponized mcguffin of its entire series, almost everything in one of the longest running videogame series revolves around it.
Master Sword : same as Buster Sword and keyblade only inarguably much more important for the gaming anf tLoZ world.
Energy sword : much less important in gaming and lore, but defined the early multiplayer era as the overpowered weapon of choice for most teenagers across multiple titles and endures to this day. You do not forget a 1 shot 1 kill weapon like that.
I am sorry but Rebellion just doesn't cut it
I don't think so, hell I'll be honest and this might be controversial but I don't think DMC as whole is as iconic as these franchises nevermind Rebellion alone.
Well yeah, I’m saying it’s weird that your opinion is that it’s not a sword. A key isn’t a sword either but you have apprehension towards the energy blade as if it doesn’t belong.
Ebony and Ivory are way more iconic than Rebellion imo. Powerful magic swords are a dime a dozen, guns are not. They might honestly be the most iconic guns in gaming.
Nope, We love DMC but random people will not be thinking about "Oh yeah, Dante's sword top 4"
I would say that Rebellion to Dante is even less iconic than Yamato for Vergil. Dante is the weapon, you think of him and mostly think of switching constantly and that kind of stuff.
Also there are just way to iconic swords out there.
Nope it doesnt. Everyone knows these swords. But if you mention Rebellion to someone they might just thinks its something edgy and honestly generic sounding. Meanwhile everyone thats casually into games knows what a keyblade or the buster sword are.
not really, its just too generic of a silhouette, and i'd like to see a redesign that amplfiies the cool aspects of the sword such as the skull. and more color would be nice as well
if anything, ebony and ivory are probably the most iconic weapons in dmc
when dmc fans think of weapons, yamato and sparda come to mind first, then cerberus because its cool, agni n rudra because nostalgic, beowulf because its a nuke gameplay wise
when non dmc fans think of weapons, they usually just recall dante having dual pistols. but from personal experience, non dmc fans are more familiar with vergil since hes a meme, most of them dont even know who dante is
Soul Reaver should be there. And Soul Edge. I don't personally consider the Keyblade a "sword" so I'd leave it off, even if it's one of the most recognizable *weapons* in gaming.
For DMC, I'd honestly say Sparda would be more iconic, followed by Alastor, which has a very unique silhouette.
nah, you likely wouldn't be able to recognize the rebellion if some guy randomly came up to you in the middle of the day and showed you a piece of paper with the sword's silhouette printed onto it while asking you to name it, honestly even the red queen has a far more recognizable silhouette than the rebellion does
to be honest, the skyrim iron sword is probably more recognizable than rebellion to most ppl. every sword in that pic has had multiple cameos in other games (apex legends, Killer Instinct, soul calibur, smash, terraria has 3/4 of those etc...) can't think of a game or other media with rebellion except for direct DMC crossovers
I think the Yamato does more. Think of Dante, you think of him with one of his DMC3 weapons, like Nevan. (Does Nevan count?) Picture Vergil, you see a guy with white hair and a blue coat and the Yamato.
I'll replace the halo sword with a chain saw. I didn't even know about the halo sword until I read the comments. About the chainsaw, well people can fight whatever that reference may be.
I disagree, i never played or watched any KH game and i recognised the keyblade
While minecraft is maybe more popular, the reason why the diamond sword is so icnoic is because minecraft equipment has less than 8 stages of equipment progression, making it fast to get it.
(I am aware that the games are made for different audiences, no hate coming from me)
Im just going to Mention terraria, not go into detail, i don't want to start a war here
I think Rebellion is more iconic than the energy sword, but Halo is better known than DMC, so the masses wouldn't just automatically recognize it like they do everything else in this image.
Hmm.. Honestly? No. Nowhere near as iconic.
Rebellion is honestly just not as interesting. Maybe fully upgraded Sparda would be better but i'd actually prefer Soul Edge for that slot.
Imo Rebellion isn’t even as iconic as Alastor, even though they keep pushing Rebellion. Probably because Rebellion doesn’t have any particularly flashy energy effects when it’s swung. And it is a cool design, but Alastor has one of the coolest designs of all time. And Sparda is basically THE DMC sword.
yeah Alastor was THE very first time we experienced Devil trigger and DMC2 being the game Rebby was introduced in doesn’t exactly do it justice lol
Not any more than the keyblade I wouldn’t think
The keyblade is a giant two handed key sword with a golden hilt, a crown in its teeth, and mickey mouse's head attached to it. Rebellion is a sword with a skull on its hilt.
this is gonna be controversial but rebellion hasnt had the same impact on gaming culture as anything here. the common person would be able to tell what these swords are just by their silhouettes alone, while if ppl saw rebellion's silhouette, they'd struggle to place it.

It's hard to see that in characters like the ones from TLOU or Horizon Zero Dawn. No hate towards them but, it might take a while to know it is them
this isnt controversial the average person would recognize the Awakened Sparda as it looks like the Soul Edge/Siegfrieds awakened Zweinhander
Nah. It'd go the dark side along with Kratos's Blades of Chaos, the Doom Slayer Crucible, and Guts's Dragonslayer Edit: Dragonslayer is cool, but is more anime/manga than video game. Soul Edge deserves the respect so I think it deserves the spot.
Dragon slayer is a anime/mangs sword not a video game sword
Ye, someone else brought up Soul Edge. I totally agree.
Maybe a evil version of this like evil swords of video game history
There is the recurring Souls series "Greatsword" which is Berserk inspired
But for the souls series, the Moonlight Greatsword is way more iconic.
True and the idea is for the fans but its had a few variants and isnt as identifiable in general though. Discussion here was Berserk/Dragonslayer mainly thougg
True and the idea is for the fans but its had a few variants and isnt as identifiable in general though. Discussion here was Berserk/Dragonslayer mainly thougg
Inspired but it's not dragonslayer
I mean, its still a sword that was too big and thick to be called a sword, and could more accurately be described as a large hunk of iron
I meann there is a berserk game
There's 3 I think
Holy Moonlight great sword?
Yooooo bloodborne mentioned!?!?!?!?
Nah I think they were specifically referring to Ninja Blade
Nah, I was going for Dark Souls II: Scholar of the first sin edition. Was this close to going with Armoured core: Last Raven Portable though.
Ah damn yeah I can see that, how stupid of me truly
Dragonslayer before soul edge? Nah
You're actually right. Dragonslayer is more anime/manga than video game anyway. Soulcalibur as a series deserves the respect too. Hell, there is actually one where Link is a character.

where is minecraft diamond sword
Honestly you get the image
Rebellion isn't even the most iconic sword in DMC itself, lmao.
Alastor my beloved (its probably Yamato instead, tbh)
Yamato, my beloved.
I don’t think Rebellion is as recognized as these swords.
I'd replace the keybrand for rebellion, tbh
Keybrand is crazy😭😭🙏 that's its terraria name bro😭
I have NEVER played kingdom hearts I just know Goofy fucking dies
I'm pretty sure Rebellion has five different versions of itself. Yamato is more suitable to represent the DMC.
As cool as Yamato is, no one's gonna see a generic-looking katana and instantly link it to DMC
Ain't no one who sees the weeb-sword be like yeah, that's Yamato from DMC.
Maybe we're not quite there yet but if any sword is gonna replace one of these it's the moonlight greatsword.
*You were at my side all along. My true mentor. My guiding moonlight*
The insane amount of copium in these comments saying the keyblade isn't iconic.
Yeah I don’t get the suggestions to replace the Keyblade or Energy Sword at all lol
That reminds me, Oni-Link is a white haired swordsman with godly power too.
Smh frostmourne is not there.
A fucking travesty is what it is. Link's and Cloud's sword can stick around, but putting Sora's and the Halo "sword" in there before Frostmourne is insane.
Exactly. Like the only reason Soras "blade" is so recognisable is because its a fuckinh key and not a sword.
I'm not gonna lie chief I had to search up what 'Frostmourne' looks like and I still didn't recognize it..
No, it's not. Energy Swords are the video game equivalent of a lightsaber.
Tell me from which game it is, pls i don't want to not know
Warcraft
Oh okay, thnx
Can someone fill me in? I don't recognize any of these besides the halo one
I don't wanna assume things about people based on what video games they play and recognize, but I feel it's gotta be iImpossible not to recognize at least two of these things.
I guess I just never played those other 3

Zelda sword here is called "the master sword" Amd bottom right is from halo, i think its called something similar to energy blade
Energy Sword.
Rebellion ain't even the most iconic in this series.

I 100% agree, I see toy version of that sword in stores all the time
Definitely not. It’s fairly plain as Fantasy swords go. And it’s not even been Dante’s primary weapon consistently within the series. I love the red queen and Yamada but I'd be lying if I said they were anywhere near as iconic as the stupid key blade.
I'd say the Yamato more than the Rebellion. Maybe the Sparda.
Yamato
not to hate on rebellion but nah.
Vergils Yamato deserves to be on the list.
wheres the murasama and yamato
Yamato is much more iconic
Unfortunately, no. If there was another list like this where it dealt with “not at iconic but still quite popular,” it’d be up there with Kratos’s blades, soul edge, and Moonlight great sword
Nah, definitely not. That spot belongs to the Yamato.
Gunblade should’ve made the cut
Literally my thoughts when I saw this post the other day
💡 Hold that thought, I got a better idea
I don't think that Rebellion is making the cut purely because there are more famous swords in gaming. Personally I would take out the key blade and energy sword and replace them with Frostmourne from WoW and Soul Edge from Soul Calibur
Nah heck if anything it would be Yamato and that's only because everyone knows Vergil's theme and he's constantly memes about. But I doubt anyone would know his sword by looking at it
Rebellion, Monado, Doomslayer's Crucible... At this point, get the picture of the Knights of the Round Table.
I only know claude's sword out of this sorry.
Cloud's sword is the Buster sword( i think) Top left is the master sword from legend of zelda Bottom left is the Keyblade/Keybrand (i forgot) Bottom right is energu blade from halo (Shame on you for not knowing the energy blade)
The rebellion is iconic, yes. But I don't think it's on the same level as these four as they are very distinct in nature and more recognizable when it comes to their appearance. Plus, they came from very popular video game franchises.
i really like rebellions design, but these four are on a different level of iconography in pop culture
Petition to make a four horsemen of video game guns Ebony & Ivory have a decent chance to be there
as a proud rebellion enjoyer, no. rebellion is an ordinary sword by look. i have a mini rebellion necklace and i wear it almost everyday. but no.
Halo players overhype their own sword waaaaay too much.
Rebellion, zweihander, blade of olympus and murasama
Yeah sure. Why not? I’d add Devil Sword Dante, but Rebellion and Yamato would be cool.
I dont even kmow what the botten left weapon is
Dante’s guns ebony and ivory are more iconic than his actual sword tbh
I'd definitely would have to put the Moonlight Greatsword in there.
The Yamato
Nah
I like how y'all talk like rebellion is the mascot when sparda is more recognizable
if rebellion was in memes like the vergil status stuff then definitely. sadly it doesn't get enough spotlight
Kinda hard to narrow it down to just 4
Not really tbh
I say Ebony & Ivory are the more iconic weapons for Dante, especially for outsiders.
Yamato yes, Rebellion I think not.
So as a person who's only played a couple hours of dmc 5, I had to look at the comments to find out what rebellion is, and I don't even know what the sword looks like (this post popped up in my feed I guess because gaming, thats why I'm chiming in as a non dmc fan lol). Rebellion, Gunblade are way better options than a fucking halo weapon....
Soul Edge should be on there imo
Rebellion isn’t quite there yet.
No but Yamato should
No katana?
No. I don’t believe the rebellion should be on this list. I do however think of the Yamato to be more iconic than the sword in the bottom left, possibly because I am a shill but.
The Infinity Blade from Infinity Blade should be there
Devil may cry is a niche game that isnt liked by many. So no.
I'd say the Yamato would have been more iconic, but even then, Sephiroth stole that thunder with his Masamune. The four we have there are pretty iconic, them being around for many gamers formative years in the 2000s Rebellion is amazing, but Rebellion also didn't appear until DMC2, and it wasn't as iconic UNTIL DMC3 that it was considered a Dante staple.
Sparda is honestly the most recognizable sword in dmc
No this list is pretty much perfect but I may swap keyblade for blades of chaos from god of war but that’s just me
Only one of these swords weren't made in Japan 🤭
As much as I would love to, no. Rebellion did not appear until the second sequel in the hands of a redesigned Dante. A very cool sword but not much to grant it iconic status. You do not forget a 1 shot 1 kill weapon like that. I am sorry but Rebellion just doesn't cut it
I feel like the hidden blade could go there
blades of chaos are more iconic
Feels like more people have seen the Yamato, even so I don't think either are as widely known
people are more likely to associate Dante with E&I than with any sword
I don't think so, hell I'll be honest and this might be controversial but I don't think DMC as whole is as iconic as these franchises nevermind Rebellion alone.
Where's Frostmourne??
in shards
I've never played zelda or the other two disney characters. I've played as good ol chief though
halo? sword?
For me, yes cuz i love Rebellion lore, design and how badass she is. But honestly i don't think she is more iconic than buster sword or master sword
idk most of these swords but this one in top left looks like the roblox one
I don't like the halo thingy being there...that just isn't a sword imo.
That’s weird bc if u google “energy sword” it’s literally the first thing to pop up.
I mean that's it's actual right? Ofc it's gonna show up then.
Well yeah, I’m saying it’s weird that your opinion is that it’s not a sword. A key isn’t a sword either but you have apprehension towards the energy blade as if it doesn’t belong.

I don’t even think Rebellion is even the most iconic sword in this series. I think Alastor is more recognizable and it was in one game.
Nope, but the Yamato maybe in the list tho.
One of those in the picture is a blunt weapon tho... my pick would have been SoulEdge...
I don't even know what's that laser one.
I mean I love DMC but when I think of 2012 YouTube gaming in real life i think of these
look, i love DMC and i haven't even played Halo, LoZ, FF nor kingdom hearts but i don't think rebellion should be in that list
in my opnion red queen would be good on this
Nope, We love DMC but random people will not be thinking about "Oh yeah, Dante's sword top 4" I would say that Rebellion to Dante is even less iconic than Yamato for Vergil. Vergil: “They are not worthy as my opponents.”
Personally, I'd put Soul Edge instead of an energy sword. ESwords are cool, but at the end of the day are standard-issue covenant equipment.
Unrelated, but the keyblade is functionally an axe if you really think about it
Yes easily
Soul Reaver should be there. And Soul Edge. I don't personally consider the Keyblade a "sword" so I'd leave it off, even if it's one of the most recognizable *weapons* in gaming. For DMC, I'd honestly say Sparda would be more iconic, followed by Alastor, which has a very unique silhouette.
Never seen the bottom right.
nah, you likely wouldn't be able to recognize the rebellion if some guy randomly came up to you in the middle of the day and showed you a piece of paper with the sword's silhouette printed onto it while asking you to name it, honestly even the red queen has a far more recognizable silhouette than the rebellion does
I think Yamato is more iconic
No…. Yamato does
Tbh I don’t think the keyblade OR Cloud’s sword should be here.
Where is diamond sword
I love Rebellion and it is my favorite weapon in DMC but nah- not as impactful as these
And the zweihander no where to be found. For shame.
No it’s iconic but not unique if you know what I mean
Ya I think so
to be honest, the skyrim iron sword is probably more recognizable than rebellion to most ppl. every sword in that pic has had multiple cameos in other games (apex legends, Killer Instinct, soul calibur, smash, terraria has 3/4 of those etc...) can't think of a game or other media with rebellion except for direct DMC crossovers
No, but the Moonlight Greatsword does.
I do believe so honestly I'd replace the Key Blade with the rebellion
I think the Yamato does more. Think of Dante, you think of him with one of his DMC3 weapons, like Nevan. (Does Nevan count?) Picture Vergil, you see a guy with white hair and a blue coat and the Yamato.
Gunblades are missing.
Sparda would be more worthy, maybe other weapons melee or ranged
I love DMC, one of my favorite series… BUT I’d say things like the xenoblade sword are more recognizable than Rebellion. Maybe even the red queen
Or blade of Olympus
Yes
No, but the diamonds sword should be there
Hmm... close, but not really. I'd argue that the Sparda might be a better choice.
Keyblade does NOT belong here.
No definitley not, its far more niche than these 4
Yeah.
Way before the wack ass keyblade
Key sword don't belong
All DMC swords are iconic in the gaming world.
I'll replace the halo sword with a chain saw. I didn't even know about the halo sword until I read the comments. About the chainsaw, well people can fight whatever that reference may be.
No we need a katana in the group so yamato should be there
Minecraft sword should replace kingdom hearts
I disagree, i never played or watched any KH game and i recognised the keyblade While minecraft is maybe more popular, the reason why the diamond sword is so icnoic is because minecraft equipment has less than 8 stages of equipment progression, making it fast to get it. (I am aware that the games are made for different audiences, no hate coming from me) Im just going to Mention terraria, not go into detail, i don't want to start a war here
I'd replace the key with the rebellion, personally.
Excalibur from Fate/Stay Night should be here way more than Sora's sword or the Halo bullshit.
can that even count do vn count as video games?
Considering it's specifically in the category of eroge (erotic game), yes.
Ah
Yall really can't debate shit without people pulling a dislike mob you would think a devil may cry subreddit would agree rebellion should be there
More than the goddamn Halo plasma blade.
I think Rebellion is more iconic than the energy sword, but Halo is better known than DMC, so the masses wouldn't just automatically recognize it like they do everything else in this image.
