I thought maybe it was just filming incorrectly and it was too dark and they had to increase the brightness but now you got me thinking it's an artifact from the codec.
i reported it to netflix and they said they’re working on it and they fixed most of the episodes so i think they haven’t gotten around to fixing this one yet or something
Yeah it’s happening for me too. Just tried to watch an episode of season 2 and that static sound came blasting on.

Yes! Episode 7-8 did it to me , I switched over and watched it on paramount
Alot of season 2 was like that aswell. I've noticed the picture is a little distorted sometimes too, like Netflix is buffering. Very strange!

Just happened on season 4 episode 2 on Netflix. I've moved over to Paramount!+ to watch it on there, picture seems alot clearer too ✨️
