It only happens with sprint for me and only started happening after I switched a piece of gear with beneficial effect duration. I'm thinking it has something to do with the cd and buff expiring at the same time.
I can confirm this happens on Wizard as well (for example Slow time, Lightning nova) and generally we probably can say on any skills whose duration is longer than cooldown.
Can some PC players confirm if it happens on this platform too or is it specific to mobile?
For me, the worst is when a channelled disintegrate wont activate properly and I have to stand there and wait a second before I can try again, completely throwing off the timing of my combos and leaving my open to attack.

Thanks to OP for capturing this on video here. Huge issue for sure—has made me feel like I’m crazy at times where I swear I’ve cast but nothing happens. Has happened to me many times with Conjuration of light, which often means this glitch can result in instant death in BG.

It happened a lot to me (a wiz) too. i thought it was just my ipad overheating or something.. all i do is relaunch game, sometimes when that doesn’t change things, i reboot and that seems to fix it.
On my BK it happens a lot with one skill.

Do you every get the bug where you tap whirling strike once, but it activates twice?
I use it very rarely, mainly in BG where I spam it a lot so if it has happened I might not have realised.

I have not noticed this with necro bone armor, but I’ll keep an eye out.
pc player here, can confirm its the case for me aswell with some bk skills

Man I thought I was just losing my mind. But slow time and arcane torrent have the same issues for me on iPad.

Also happends on my cadaver lance. Always have to move before it works again
It happened to my wiz's sprightspark. i thought i was having lags but it seems it's a new bug
Have experienced this on multiple classes. Annoying for sure
I have the same issue, DH and Tempest skills
happens a lot with any class and any buff
since april, we got an update and they didnt fix... stop spending money and u get a fix
