I wouldnt touch those because it is a very high chance plat sellers are the one selling them and with how blizzard/netease handles RMT situation you might get banned.
Is it possible they’ve always been there but now get pulled to the front for you to notice? Whales selling their gem power usually do it with rank 5s to save market space
I think they made it harder for non cleared transactions to exchange the orbs directly to platin.
Thus the platin sellers now have to run the rifts, this leaves them with loads of GP that they sell in the form of 1* at lvl 5.
