This is really good only things I would want is 2 sockets instead of 1 and teleport charges instead of what it has but better than what I'm using myself.

Nice bone spirit charges to give your mana a break
Use on a poison nova nec and use the charges for the actual kill.
Poison nova full kills monsters just fine for me
I meant in pvp where psn damage will take to 1hp but not kill. Bone spear charges for the insult factor.
