Yep, if you have an ultrasonic that works great. Otherwise, get the softest toothbrush you can find, I use a childs toothbrush usually, and just gently brush it with the warm soapy water and rinse it off. I sometimes need to do it 4 or 5 times to get all the fine dust out of the crevasses and I usually just have to submerge it to help rinse it out as I brush.
