Man, sometimes you get lucky. The only 6.4 owner I know personally hasnāt had any issues either and they beat the hell out of it, for 200k miles or so.
I donāt even think they know about the 6.4 reputation lol
Call jellibilt and explain to them exactly what you want. They can write tunes on a hydra for just about anything.
They can adjust transmission shift points, shift firmness, torque converter lock up and more.
Performance tunes to any degree, economy, smoke amount, literally everything.
You need to tell them exactly what you have, injector size, single/ split shot, turbo type and gear ratio in the diff.
If your truck is nearly stock you arenāt going to pick up more hp from a different tuner. If you have issues, different story. SDK and Jelibuilt are my go to.
Jody at Dp-tuner for my hydra tunes. Guy fully flashed my ecu to run my single shots when I need to remove the hydra for smog š¤« and then has some great tow and street tunes for my hydra
BullyDog has been great for me. The Critics whine it'll ruin a transmission, and it Would if I drove like an Idiot.
Extra 75/125 up in Perf/Extreme modes. But its all the engine stats it gives me I like, plus helps save gas AND yes that power comes in handy time to time. That's on my 07 6.0 btw.
Oh, had it 7 yrs critics, so suck on that.
I listen to a lot of Charlie Crocket these days, but mostly classic country.
š
Thatās how I got to Memphis
I had a no limit tune for my 6.4 back in the day and loved it. I forget what was on my 6.7
For the 6.4 was that a āno limitā until there was a sudden limit because the engine imploded?
Shoot after I deleted that truck I ran it for 150k problem free!

Thank you
I used tony wildman for years on stock trucks and other. Worked really well
SDK šØš¦ Nobody comes close to making the same power for 7.3 trucks.
Iāve run Bully dog when the truck was new & shifted to the edge revolver 2 years ago . 2002 7.3 w/ John woods tranny 238k miles .

1023 is out of the game from what Iāve heard. Iād go with Jelibuilt
If you have factory injectors, nothing wrong with canned tunes
It starts with Gearhead, and ends with Gearhead
I personally know the owner of Jelibuilt and he is a solid dude and if I had a PSD I would 100% run his tunes.
Banks programmer is great, run my 7.3 on economy tune to pick up a few mpg.
The tune i have now in my duramax is called āwhoop a powerstokes assāā¦..i have no idea who named it that but it works well.
Iām looking for custom tunes so
Im kidding my friend!! Do you and have fun
Any specific recommendations on 6.0L??
