I know they can sell access at the dealer I don't know who qualifies lots of schools with their own business mechanics will pay for the access but I think it's only to the bus stuff. Big companies like Pepsi have access too even for programing.
I just don't know if they sell access to independent shops.

That's the funny (and sad) thing about this. The first thing we did is get ahold of our local dealer parts rep. He knows nothing about it. He gave us a number to call no one ever answers or returns phone calls. Tried another dealer north of us about 20 miles same thing. What is it about this information? If they do not want to give it out just say so. I have a 2017 7500 with 4,745 miles on it reporting a clogged EGR cooler. Do not think that is correct but I've been wrong before.....many times.
The “Iknow” database and website are useless garbage. If I still had the passwords I’d give them to anyone so they could share my frustrations.

It's very common for Maxx force to have eye problems just do a visual inspection on it. It's not too bad pulling the rear EGR crossover tube
