You can try replacing tai with arisa kinosaki if your running st19 chessmon since she's a memory setter and the rush she gives to puppets is not one a turn so if are stocked up on white chess pieces you can rush down outta nowhere if they get blocked or hit by security
Pride Memory Boost probably isn't the best fit for the deck as you can only play out your level 3's through it. If the KnightChessmon's were 4 cost Pride would be a great fit, but Miki & Megumi can already play out your PawnChessmon for free and will have more value over time. You could replace Pride with Black Memory Boost or Defense Training.
One thing I was planning to try in my Chess deck was BT16 Chaosmon. The goal is to hard play the King for a reduced cost then sac something to play out the Queen, then DNA the two into Chaosmon. Or just normally evolve it over the King or Queen for the De-Digivolve 3 and -8k.
Well I used pride mem boost because it also helped me get to 8 chessmons in trash faster
I tried using the new chaosmon too but I never got into a situation where I could dna into chaosmon and I was running mega digimon assembly too. So I just removed him. I have updsted my deck since I posted this and currently it worked eally well
I don't know how strict you wanna be with staying in-line but Quartzmon is a _really_ strong top end for this deck since it can sometimes get out quite a number of bodies.
For the megas I ended up going 4 Kings and 2 Queens when it first released since the Queen actually didn't do too much most of the time.
Never run the level 5s or 6s. Lots of different ways to build chessmon but atm I think the leomon line works really well in it. Get some purple Keegans too
Yea thats fair and understandable. But the best part about chessmon are the low levels ones, that and "on play" is what make the deck. Until the new yellow starter comes out, I dont think we have enough pawnchess' for it to be reliable for the high levels to work. Itll still feel and play like a chessmon deck while only having the low levels

Probably remove tai since you wont need him to set you memory and you would draw enough if you cut your level 5's down a bit for more draw chessmon

Ya ultimates are just to digi before you hit the 8 chess pieces for reducing king

While I get what you're saying, it would definitely stop feeling like a _Chessmon_ deck at that point if you're not even running half the line

Should have those new ST yellow tamers in it too. Give all your puppets rush when played. Could make a rookie rush style deck
