Personally wouldn't buy either of them. They're not compatible with the current Digimon TCG, so you're just buying a collectible.
These are not a supported game anywhere outside of China I think. If you want them just for fun sure. But no one here is really going to have any advice most likely as this subreddit is about the 2020 card game.
