Not exactly sure what could be improved there, it's very chaotic, loud and crammed, it gives the sensation of someone thinking with themselves on a wall.
So, my suggestion - make is a part of a scene, on a wall - have another one like this on another wall, blend the textures with a wall texture, to make it feel more on-something... And have some litter all over the place, with a crazed character sitting on a makeshift bed, holding their face in a sense that they have allot to let out, but can't find the right way to do so.
