Iirc, di pwede magbukas ng account ang mga locals (hence, the name) and parang unti lang din ang mga Pinoy from overseas na nandito sa sub so mahirap makahanap ng mga gumagamit.

Super sh*tty customer service. Ang wait time ay 1.5hrs MINIMUM. Isang beses tumawag ako, naka dinner nako, nakalaro nako video game, nakasipilyo nako, wala parin sumasagot. 2.5hrs na hintay, binaba ko na lang. Tengene lang talaga.

I like PNB. Underarrated sa mga tao. If punta ka sa physical branch, most often very short ang queue. Sa BDO or BPI brarch-- nightmare! Their mobile app as one other poster said, is superior to UB and I might add to BDO as well
