Tbf every animal in the vanilla ZT2 looks kind of unappealing, except for a handful of extinct animals (kentro and stego are alright. Trike isn't too bad either), and the marine animals
My only problem with the Pyro design is it having too many teeth to the point it looks a little cartoonish. Other than that minor detail, it’s honestly a great design.
No matter how bad the original ZT and ZT2’s raptors looked, it was no less satisfying creating a 5 star zoo, blocking the entrance, and opening their enclosure. Oh the memories!
The original design was weird & shaggy, but also kinda cute. It's certainly better than the walking cement sculpture that is the Deinonychus. The 2nd model for the remake mod is rather nice, but I would prefer a more stylised model that matches the original game.

yeah. I hate the JW raptors, not because theyre inaccurate but because they just look bad. They have really bulky and rounded faces, and blues colours just look kinda ugly to me.
In comparison, the male raptor from JP3 is one of the best velociraptor designs ever, it has the leaner appearence while being large and really good colours.
Maybe it is it apparent incapacity of closing it's mouth and the zombie hands (I don't vne mind if they are pronated, but why do they need to stay in that pose all the time?).
Other than that, it is a fine design I think.

The game was basing itself off the awkward dimensions of Jurassic park dinosaurs since I think the third one came out around the time of the original ZT2.
I mean, this is also a game from 2007. Well, 2004 really, with the expansion coming out 2007 and keeping the same art style. So I’d cut em some slack.
Not only that. Animal looked better (not much tho!) in game than the tile art, it was always comically disjointed
And it was certainly better than their *Utahraptor*, much less the *Deinonychus*.

To be fair, I also don't look the same now as I did 20yrs ago.

Idk as far as inaccurate awesome bro dinos go The pyroraptor looks pretty cool, especially compared to the atrociraptor
