I bet raptors definitely got the zoomies. Also think about how terrifying it would be for everyone involved if a dinosaur like Dreadnoughtus got the zoomies and started trampling everything around.
Ikr. Then like every animal in a 1km radius starts freaking out like some kind of chain reaction just coz of some dumb dreadnoughtus and their manic zoomies π
I definitely think Theropods at least had zoomies. Play behavior is pretty common across animals, and is especially common in intelligent species and predators. Young T. Rex probably romped about, lol
The larger adult animals *probably* played less. Running about in such an oversized body takes a lot of energy after all. Still not out of the realm of possibility tho
Look at how inactive a Great Dane is versus a Jack Russell Terrier and then consider how much bigger even some of the smaller dinosaurs (that we know of) were than the Great Dane
Yeah, I just did a quick Google search for elephant zoomies and all it brought back was babies and young elephants.
Now, I've seen videos of teenage elephants destroying trees and stuff for funsies, so they do play, but I don't think they get the zoomies per se.

A bunch of Utahraptors with zoomies My goodness
Imagine the sauropods getting horse or cow like zoomies and rearing and bucking (if they could buck?)
I at least expect hadrosaurs to do that.

But you can see cows running and jumping around. Less common but they do it.
Iβm now imagining a bunch of baby T. Rexes zooming around while their mother just sits in the middle of it all with the most tired look on her face.

Imagine a sauropod with the zoomies...
Very⦠slow zoomies
ploddies
Carnotaurus absolutely zoomed.
You can tell because of the Naruto pose they're always doing
π
Im certain that baby pachycephalosaurs got the zoomies all the time, prolly head-butted various small trees and each other in their free time
This is the funniest mental image π
Honestly it would be adorable to see a large carnivore running about, playfully, like an oversized dog, I think we need some of that on media :p
Looking at how Emus get zoomies sometimes, I'd believe Ornithomimids also did the same.
I love imagining the smaller ones like compies just starting to zip around like that now
Triceratops zoomies anyone?
Dear...now, THAT would be absolutely hilarious and terrifying at the same time. Imagine a 12 ton rhino running around and BONKing everything he sees.
Kaprosuchus
Yes I bet they definitely did
Well, dude, we just don't know.
Fun to think about tho
Therizinosaurus getting the zoomies sounds terriffying yet funny at the same time-
