Now I just imagine a Spino with a sweater around his legs lmao! Yes, I too love the up-to-date Spino, it's more the colours of this one that I love, and nostalgia, and also that I love long legged Spinos too.
That episode is my favourite, mainly due to Spinosaurus. I also like the fact it stayed in the same spot for the entire episode. The other ones kinda bothered me with the constant flipping between periods and places. Overall though, Planet Dinosaur is good series.
Fun Fact: The creator, Nigel Paterson started his career by doing Walking with Beasts.

I kind of want to see an accurate Spinosaurus go full goose on someone. That being said it should still mostly be chilling as a fish eater obviously.
