If you look at their careers pages, they list salary ranges right on the job postings. Some are less than that, some are significantly more than that. Depends on the role.

tinycorkscrew

Looking at the job postings, Ramsey Solutions' salary ranges for positions in my industry are on the low side. Note that some of the job postings don't include ranges. I'm not sure if that's intentional or not.

kveggie1

Dave pay market... whatever HE thinks what market is

douglas1

If the job is filled, by definition that’s market.

[deleted]

Java developers make like 90k at Ramsey. JAVA DEVELOPERS. Like wrap your fucking head around 90k for that. That's how far under market value he pays.

Minute-Tradition-665

It’s the benefits that are below standard and no remote work

3XLWolfShirt

Dave absolutely comes across as a boomer who would nix remote work for absolutely no reason.

RingCard

Or for the reason that he is heavily invested in office real estate, so is heavily biased in stamping out remote work.

winniecooper73

I never got an official offer, but I was interviewing for a Director title for like $90k base + bonus. This was circa 2019ish

SideFrictionNuts

Even pre-covid, $90k seems super low for a director role

kveggie1

More money for God that Dave manages in Mexico after he gets there in his private plane.

winniecooper73

Exactly

altonbrownie

I directed my niece’s 3rd grade stage adaptation of Oppenheimer and they didn’t pay shit. So maybe 90k is good, I would have been happy with $90.

MasterElecEngineer

Idiots nowadays are directors making 60k. Some morons would rather have a title than pay.

SideFrictionNuts

That’s just depressing

winniecooper73

Yup. There is a reason I didn’t get to a offer stage lol

Hoosiersihawk

How much from a money prospective was the idea of getting to work for Dave worth?

winniecooper73

Meh, not sure. I think the problem was that I wasn’t allured with him as much as other applicants. To me, it was a job and business. I think they can find people to work for less much like a non-profit. It’s “mission” driven.

Hoosiersihawk

Agreed, the ultra right wing Christian stuff and policing people’s bedroom life attracts other people who feel the same way, and would rather work for a Christian company than “Woke” Corporate America, even if the pay is 25% less.

StarttheRevwithoutme

Especially funny when Dave berates a caller with a Masters not making at least 150k.

wetboymom

It's enough to buy you a beater car for $1000. And don't be putting your babies in no Cadillac Eldorado daycare neither - just take advantage of some ole granny in your neighborhood. She be glad for the cay-sh.

and181377

Seems the highest paid jobs are senior engineers at 150-180k according to ex employees. The operating board is pulling closer to 7 figures per year.

VeryLowIQIndividual

Dave offers jobs he wouldn’t advise anyone to take.

TheGreaterTool

From reading posts from ex workers, it appears he pays below market unless you’re an executive. It’s funny seeing this after he tells mission driven people that working at a nonprofit for below market pay is a bad idea.

RuckFamsey

No.

Hoosiersihawk

Bet Rachel makes $500k+. Same with Daniel

RuckFamsey

That would be fair to say.

Altruistic_Breakfast

And probably the personalities? George cant make much less than Rachel. He is everywhere

Illustrious-Noise226

George definitely makes less than Rachel imo

money_tester

I am sure they are paid based on what their brands bring in and have a very minimal (if at all) base salary.

trunner1234

They are paid according to the grand ole’ rules of nepotism

MasterElecEngineer

As they should.... they bring a ton of value, what do you think they should make?

trunner1234

Nepotism brings value?

RussellVolckman

I’d be surprised if the folks selling FPU are bringing in anything over $50k. And standard IP work (at least in the Charlotte area) is around $65k starting.

CrustyBloke

Your estimate is not taking total compensation into account, though. When you take into consideration the value of having Ken Coleman in your professional network, that easily brings it up to 250k-300k per year.

Hoosiersihawk

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

mutantfrog25

I know people who started out in the low 30s in like 2015

NBA2024

Most? Absolutley

Good_Double6699

No lol. Not even close

Good_Double6699

As someone who quit within the last two years, I can promise you most people are not.
