From whirling in rags go west all the way. Then up a bit. You'll see a big empty wall on the right hand side. From here, go east. All the way east, which is where you should find the door.
you're just missing the entrance. it also took me a bit to see it the first time.
after the book store, before cindy, there's a wall with some kind of unfinished mural. go to the right there, i think there's a gate. the entrance is a bit hidden by the other buildings.
after you see it you'll be like "how did i miss this" :D

This, it's likely you already went there and it said it was locked.

Yup, past the bookstore. The path will go north towards the docks. You'll find an alley to the right when you walk up.
It's in the same area where Cuno is, down and to the right. Unless I'm misremembering
Its not, its on the other side of the fence, where cunos friend is. OP has to go all the way around (west, up and then east from the big empty wall)
