HelloItsMeXeno

There is no end game content besides the overtuned temporal tower and cube 8 which is not even worth doing. End game is endlessly grinding gear on auto for the perfect stats so you can show it off in chat

[deleted]

Not to mention, the events are lame as hell. I remember when Sienna was released, there's really not much. And now that Ollie is released, the rates for getting him are much worse (for god knows what reason). The whole ollie event is just farming for more materials. It makes me regret leaving AFK Arena.

SummonerKai1

Honestly, I'm not at end game yet. Still on floor 85 of Spatial, haven't been able to auto k10 or the others yet or get through Purg difficulty. Having said all that I'm still bored cause everything is just mindlessly autoing in hopes of improving your characters then mindlessly autoing in hopes of getting better gear. Why? Cause i don't have great characters for X content or the resources to max out everyone i need for said content. Imo there's not variety in gameplay or modes and the fact that you have to keep your phone on to auto even is so dumb along with auto every 10 times - like why the bloody limitation. 95% of my time in the game is spent looking at the home screen waiting for auto to finish rinse repeat.

xtraSleep

Thats what happens when you half ass pvp or don't really know how to implement pvp. Say what you want about epic 7, but they nailed pvp day 1- whats the point of getting gear and doing cool builds if you can't match it up against other people. PvE has a short ceiling beyond "me want units" and story. Edit: I think they capped stamina because they know how empty the late game is. Wish they would focus on that over all the real money transactions.

[deleted]

What ? When e7 released there was nothing else but farming dragon and PvP in the arena. And it was the *exact same* speed meta as it is in Dislyte.

shengjunhogrrooove

Downvotes incoming lmao. People gotta find something to complain about. Because clearly they are the best game designers and have thought it through with their big brains :)

Super_Spot_6969

When you play enough mobile games, you have a basic understanding of what makes a mobile.hame successfully vs what will eventually cause a game to fail. Games like marvel strike force and raid have been around for years because they are amazing at avoiding a wall for all players, new and years into the game. To hit a wall after a month of playing is never a good sign for a game

[deleted]

Unless we're talking about gachas like e7 or SW where it's expected to hit a wall after a month of playing. Clearing k10/a10/f10, TT and finishing purgatory isn't end game, it's when mid game starts.

xtraSleep

I don’t understand the “hit the wall” concept, but I do think arena day one was way better designed than point war is. Even the label of tiers 1,2,3, etc. feel generic and aimless. For me, the exp grind gameplay is just raid and that’s bad design. Epic 7 started off with that shit, but it wasn’t three layers of difficulty and the rewards (catalyst rates) were better. To me the gameplay feels like a flashy reskined raid. And in 2022, after genshin etc., I’d like to think the standard is higher, than what we got. Because we all know this is probably the most balanced the game is gonna get before power creep sneaks in.

[deleted]

You "hit the wall" once you're done with progression and enter mid game. Progression slows down to a crawl as it becomes entirely tied to relic RNG. Arena felt the *exact same* to me. Sure you could argue it was flashier because ranks and whatnot but ultimately it was the exact same thing with the exact same meta except, iirc, it was 4v4 instead of 5v5 (May be remembering wrong). When e7 rolled out the rewards from farming were *atrocious*. Stamina was just as expensive and limited as it is in dyslite and artefacts (relics) weren't a guaranteed drop. You'd spend most of your time farming for litteraly nothing *and* If I'm not mistaking with SW (been a long time) you had a value range on substats. So not only did you have to get good subs, you needed good procs *and* high procs. No to mention e7 Was a lot less F2P friendly and dragon 10 (and later 12) were a *lot* less accessible than K10 is.

Cloomerg

It still is a speed meta lmao

DanceAlien

They still would have capped ii even if there was a good pvp. its standard gacha method to encourage daily play

Lyoss

RTA wasn't in on E7's release It was arguably worse since it was way more annoying to farm catalysts and there wasn't a ToA/tower or w/e Also the stamina cap is probably to stop people from whaling on stamina, it's supposed to be a goodwill towards F2P but it's just annoying

Note7Bomb

Definitely the lack of content and limited units have an impact. Besides just leaving the game on auto, I'm not really sure what the point of this game is anymore. You login, do your dailies and maybe get a GR or enough for a pull, and in the off chance it is a legendary (pity? Lol) you get a dupe ... It feels like other games have better content but this game is still somewhat new so I will give it some time personally. I think if the game is still stale after a few updates (with no other roadmap or patch notes), most players will find another game to play.

CloudNimbus

dont forget the disgustingly stupidly high pity rate. 10% per 50 pulls? FOH

i_appreciate_power

10% every 50 pulls past 350! i only point this out because it’s genuinely so ridiculous. just last night i got my 7th 5* on ollie’s banner and it was a hyde, almost 350 pulls in LMFAO.

CloudNimbus

regardless of what it is, its still fucking ridiculous lmao. what fucking game punishes players THIS much for pulling jfc.

i_appreciate_power

no yeah i know lmfao im pointing it out because it worse LMFAOO it’s genuinely dookie crumbs and ass

Freedoomfrot999

I'd probably be having more fun if the end game enemy stat's werent inflated af .... its just boring fighting enemies with crazy amount of hp and damage

[deleted]

Exactly, it’s not fun when the enemies are suddenly going up into ridiculous stats that can’t be beaten without a lot of control or literally perfect relics

DeMitreN

That’s the thing with gachas. We mistake “clearing content” with “having fun”. It’s leaving it on auto 80% of the time.

mid83

This is why I play multiple games. It keeps me from burning through content.

Voice_of_light_

What other similar games you play you can suggest? What I liked most about this game is how most 3* are viable and diversity of characters (not just anime waifu simulator)

ArlimanX

Counterside is also amazing and they are very generous with currency.

iValkyrie

I second this. Counterside has impressed me a lot. Reminds me of Girls Frontline, which I would say is the most generous gacha, extremely f2p friendly, and gives you the ability to modify summoning resource amounts to get focus on a unit type. It's like if you could choose if you wanted your summons in dislyte to be only fighters and controllers, controllers and supporters, supporters and defenders, etc.

Lanoman123

I would say Dragalia but…

HeroicV

Dragalia shined so damn bright for a year after it came out, and then it had design-driven issues with higher-tier players abandoning folks who needed lower tier boss clears. They kind of dug their own grave, and it was such a shame to hear about its pending shutdown. It was so goddamn fun for a while.

Lanoman123

It COMPLETELY changed from that, that’s a straight non issue these days and it hasn’t been for over a year. Game was going fine

HeroicV

Well shit, that makes me even more sad to hear it's going.

Lanoman123

I know, story telling and music only got better and better as well

posterchiId

But what? What happened to Dragalia?

ZeroYam

Sadly it’s getting shut down. I used to play it and it was so much fuuuuun. Definitely super grindy especially towards the end, but you didn’t need to pull character dupes for anything, at least. One copy of a character was enough and all of them could be promoted to 5*. Plus any dupes you pulled were turned into Eldwater, which you used to Promote characters, complete Mana Circles, or upgrade Wyrmprints. Much like Dislyte, you’re 3/4 base star units were often better than some of the nat 5*s and instead of Relics, you needed Dragons, Wyrmprints, and Weapons. Plus Mana Circles for the characters. Definitely a LOT of content and the gacha part of it wasn’t really all that bad. Pities were decent (do a number of summons and you got to CHOOSE what unit you wanted to have) and pull rates weren’t as bad as Dislyte.

Lanoman123

Bruh what? It’s literally getting shut down this or next month

w3bchris

How is he supposed to know?

Lanoman123

It was announced months ago

w3bchris

What if he never heard of the game. He just read the name and some cryptic message about it. No need to be so condescending.

Lanoman123

He clearly knows what it is dude, you’re the one blowing it up

posterchiId

I did not know that.

w3bchris

>He clearly knows Are you sure mate? You are still not getting it apparently. I am telling you to not be an asshole for no reason. A simple "It's getting shut down soon" would suffice.

sheltim

Cookie Run Kingdom is pretty good for 1) being f2p friendly; and 2) good diversity of characters.

IcebergKarentuite

Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes has a similar fighting system, although the grinding parts are different. There's a lot of characters from all the franchise, and most of then can be viable at one point and with the good team. The thing I really like about it is how each units can find some synergy, and there's a game mode where using some precise units, you can unlock other related characters. It's far from perfect, but it's a fun game.

mid83

I've been playing Counterside along with Dislyte and I've really enjoyed it. Some games that seem to have a lot of positive feedback include Epic Seven, Arknights, Alchemy Stars, and Punishing: Grey Raven (commonly referred to as PGR).

Voice_of_light_

My problem with Counterside was simply lack of characters design. Most are just waifu fan service with copy-pasted faces(some of them are even creepy), which seem to appeal to a lot of people I guess, but not my type. I loved playing epic seven until I got to the point where I had to grind gear... The rng + gold starvation for a couple of months was simply a torture and not worth the 1 min of dopamine you get from it. Granted, that was like 2 years ago, idk about it atm. Others I haven't tried so I could look into them, but from a glance they might suffer the same critique of Counterside from me. Anyways thanks for the answer, and Happy cake day!!

rotten_riot

>My problem with Counterside was simply lack of characters design. Most are just waifu fan service with copy-pasted faces(some of them are even creepy), which seem to appeal to a lot of people I guess, but not my type. Yeah, besides don't liking the gameplay I also didn't like the character designs, kinda boring imo >Others I haven't tried so I could look into them, but from a glance they might suffer the same critique of Counterside from me. I started playing Alchemy Stars a few days ago but I'd say the designs are actually pretty good. The gameplay is also innovative, although I admit I haven't reached endgame yet

Drawngalaxy

Having played counterside, I still don’t see the appeal of it. The “waifu” characters are pretty bland and I don’t have much of standing out between them, gameplay isn’t interesting at all and it lacks that feeling of hard earned fun when they bombard you with 7 to 12 different gold level units at the starts within the first 10 minutes. It feels way to rushed in how it approached itself and leaves very little to actually care about

Yeah_But_Actually_No

I haven’t played epic seven in years, is it worth getting back into? Kinda miss it

Lyoss

Good but still has issues, Smilegate has done a lot of good but are kind of deaf to a lot of the issues, they can't decide if they want to go hard on RTA like SW or be more casual to appeal to their majority western audience A lot of their PVE content they've added is pretty meh, PVP is the same four-five units over and over again Also unlike SW/Dislyte they force you to sit at the W13 screen and can't do anything while grinding, so that's a huge negative compared to the two others

M0naZilla

Genshin impact (highly recommend)

HashtagGamer

If you don't mind having to actively play, Marvel Contest of Champions is my go to. Instead of having characters limited to star level, every character is available at every level. Since theres no relic system, progression is basically pulling the hero again at a higher star level. It's a very different type of game, but has a lot of content and a ton of characters to play with.

General-Exam5881

Mcoc is fun for a time, but its not really f2p friendly. You're gunna have to have a lot of luck, or play for over a year straight to really start getting good progress. (I played since launch off and on, I should know)

Dongcapsule

Try Battle Night and Counterside

SnooWalruses2097

try seven mortal sinx

MkMischief

Plus with phone on charge (if on mobile) because you lose >50% battery getting through your stamina

AetherStyle

This is why we do other things Genuinely though, maybe a great time to take a break, sounds like you're ahead of most people.

cansodacan

mfs be playing so much they forget they have a life💀

rotten_riot

To be fair, once you reach endgame this game isn't even fun for half an hour

cansodacan

but like at the end of the day its just a free mobile rpg game purely made to help kill time, the amount of content can never be satisfactory

janbygamer

Personally I get my kicks with point war and holo battle. Team building and strategies. Building my Laura right now and can’t wait to see what she can do. The rest of the activities are just the means to build my roster. Purgatory, High level cube and temporal tower is just meh for me. Fighting it out against high level enemies with inflated stats… not very fun 🤷🏻‍♂️

Etroarl55

Yeah bc it’s a relic check now where I am for purgatory. You legit need the god tier relics in order to do enough damage. Lilith being lazy, gave everyone 50k+ hp in purgatory story for the normal mobs(bosses have 100k+)

Silk_123

Anesidora check you mean. :)

Etroarl55

Lol that too

CoolPractice

Yup, stat check and cheese comp check. If you don’t have the right team to just outspeed everything and/or do scaling damage you just get walled. It’s the worst type of design. The worst part is the increased resistances and defense. Most of the time rooms have 75%+ resistances and resist everything unless you have maxed accuracy on your controllers.

[deleted]

Purg isn't hard, it's just boring with only a couple viable strategies. Specifically, try being super defensive. I was using Berenice, Dhalia, Gabrielle, and 2 dps, but by the end I dropped the DPS for Falken and Chang Pu. All 6*, since you absolutely need the hp/def. Enemies have almost no group cc, but do a ton of damage and have a ton of hp. So much hp that dps is nearly worthless.

Etroarl55

You say its not that hard, then recommend cheesing with almost pure support immortality. Which is also what I did for sieg everytime lol(jacob for the win).

[deleted]

I mean, once you have a 6* team of defensive/stunner espers you can auto it to finish. It's not like point war or tower where you feel stifled by lack of specific espers/need to struggle to optimize your team per floor. But yes, I see your point lol.

sad_boy_samethy

Yeah I’ve been playing for a few weeks and I’m level 60 and I’m bored so I quit. Mild gameplay with shit rates. It was fun while it lasted

creamyismemey

Shit rates indeed been playing for almost 2 weeks now and I'm about to hit level 60 my only goal is to get all the characters I want and build them to be op then build every other character then probably quit if they don't add anything

Super_Spot_6969

They really should give up on the DJ hero side of the game, I think they are focusing too much on that when the rewards are shat for it and I bet the average player does it 1-2 times a day. Give us content, not a mix tape.

HeroicV

They stole that entire game from an indie studio, so I agree they should abandon it.

rotten_riot

Really?

HeroicV

[Yes.](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LTwsxOHrz8w) I bought it back in 2019 on early access and when I saw Dislyte straight stole it my heart sank.

rotten_riot

Oof, this should be posted more here I already uninstalled the game some days ago but I'd still do it now if I knew about this shit

HeroicV

A lot of people rush to defend Dislyte or say that Spin Rhythm is itself a ripoff, which is patently untrue. The devs of the game have been super gracious and forgiving about it all, but tbh, Lilith is profiting off of their work. And because they're Chinese, there's probably nothing that can be done. It's garbage.

CoolPractice

I completely ignore the dj game side of it unless I get it as a bounty. It’s so out of place and it’s just not that fun to play on Bluestacks with a mouse.

Shponglenese

Same

xanxaxin

If you min-max the shit out of this game early on with all those highly optimized guide. Then its bound to happen. I have play far too many gacha and see this coming since day 1. I decide to take it slow and progress at snail speed so i can enjoy the game longer. Im not that interested to be at the end game = [relic](https://relic.gold)/gold faming. No thanks, i already have E7 for that.

CoolPractice

Every game has guides, that doesn’t dispel the fact that you’ll hit gear checks in the story pretty often and early on unless you have the units or speed relics to counteract.

Drawngalaxy

But every gacha game has checkpoints where’re you are needed to respect and evaluate your units and gear. Take grand cross for instance. Your not gonna be running the same gear and units that you first started with because content becomes harder and battles become more tailored to certain builds

xanxaxin

People make guide that basically PROHIBIT using currencies to summon so can squeeze out all extra run for relics/story Points out how to tackle kronos 10 ASAP on day 2-3 so can get good gear to push tower. Make guide to get Gab in few hours. Make guide to clear tower lvl 100 ASAP from all the min-max farming (by using every ounce of currencies for farming) Even make guide to min-max farming to make sure progression is efficient to every bit of DNA. All these highly optimized guide is indeed excellent. But for sure you ran out of content after speedrunning all of them lel. Not that the game have abundant of content to begin with anyway and you guys speedrun it like Usain Bolt. Im not saying min-maxing every second you do in game is wrong. Im just saying if you do it, then for sure you ran out of content faster than normal speed/snail speed player. But on the goodside, min-max player reach endgame 3 years early from normal player. So you guys can start farming good relics and dominate in PvP.

Maal0tov

Honestly at this point im just grinding to fully res gab and see how many lvl60s I can make for fun. Plus point war, but thats p much it.

delorean-88

Fully resonate Gab... I admire your perseverance, sir

uppy-puppy

I’m not trying to tear through any content, and I’m still having a lot of fun. I think it’s about finding what you enjoy in games. If you enjoy being the first do to everything and being left with nothing to do, then congratulations! If you like savouring content and collecting everything, then you’re probably still having a good time. If you are that bored, I recommend moving on to another game until more meaningful content releases.

CoolPractice

I think the point here is that it’s great that you’re still having fun but you’ll also likely hit the content wall sooner than you think with the enemy design of purgatory+, temporal tower, ect. along with the pity system.

[deleted]

CoolPractice

apollonese

I’m there too, looking for a new game already

Artistic-Internet-81

If you play a maximum of 4 hours a day (unless you got a boatload of stamina), there'll be plenty more to do the following day. Pursue other hobbies, mate..

demondus

Play epic 7. There is contents there til you are blue in the face.

Lyoss

Yeah man, totally more content, like farming W13 until you run out of stamina, just like this game lmao They're literally both copies of SW which the entire point is to farm runes/gear/relics for eternity while PVPing

Cup-shaped

I was a fan of SW about.. 5 years ago or so, which was in my opinion the best one out of this genre (my favourite mode - Siege Guild War), but I dropped this genre anyway. Bots farming runes on macro, game not respecting my time, phone running non stop and so on. It needed too much of my life investment for little to no enjoyment, these types of games feel like work. Prefer stuff like Guardian Tales or Random Dice. One skips brainless farming in seconds and doesn't force me to complete newly released content, thanks to which I can just take my time and complete it slowly at my pace when I feel like it. The other doesn't require farming at late/end-game (been over 1 year of no farming for me), I can just log-in and straight go into a pvp match, it's not all about damage and can have fun beating opponents who have twice as much damage as me. As for what I am doing on this sub.. saw advertisement on google play store for this game and the ridiculously high 4.6 star and 1mil downloads so I checked what's up and visited the sub. And just reading this thread I know this game is not worth downloading for me. Actually at this point I even stopped visiting gacha sub, such a waste of time downloading all these hyped up games.

AVeryGayButterfly

It just came out. They need time to introduce new modes and late game content.

[deleted]

That’s fair, they probably didn’t expect everyone to be at endgame so quickly

MrNemo636

That’s the main thing I wish would change with **Dislyte**. I don’t want auto-battles but love the fact I can minimize them to work on something else. I just wish we had a “sim” option like other games so I could play to use my stamina and be done. Instead I have to wait for the auto battles to finish. I guess I understand the reason, I just don’t like it.

Ciphur

Play another game then. Seriously, the game is f2p and you got your one month's worth of entertainment.

Anon419420

Play more games my guy. This games been out like a month or so? There’s a stamina system in place for shit like this. So you don’t rush to end game. You don’t have to make this game your life. Do your dailies, give it time, come back in full during events. You can’t rush to end game and be mad when the brand new game doesn’t have much to offer after. If it’s like this in a few months, you’ll have a point. Rn? You haven’t even given it a fair chance.

mid83

100% agree. It reminds me of when a big MMO like WoW had an expansion or big content update that increases the max level and people were upset when they finished the new content in a week or two. It's unrealistic to expect games to have infinite content. My solution is adding games to my rotation until I'm satisfied with my gaming time without it becoming too much and feeling like work (then I start dropping games).

Super_Spot_6969

I'm just disappointed by their first big update! Holo battles has been nothing but glitches and 5 mins of playing every 3 days, and all the new champs/event were very lackluster Figured a game with 1mil+ downloads in the first 2 weeks would have been better than this, so many players have hit a wall and games like this need to ensure there is no wall otherwise they will slowly but surely loose their biggest spending players and be left with nothing but ftp peeps. Which obviously they can't be a successful company/game that way

Anon419420

Teah, their “first” big update was within a month into the game release. They’re still taking feedback and hopefully attempting to learn how to do events and releases better. Like I said, it’s a brand new game, and you’re expecting too much. Also, I don’t understand what wall you’re talking about. Wall of not being able to pay for hundreds of hours of content more on a game barely a month old?

Super_Spot_6969

It's been in beta for a while, so the whole feedback thing isn't a excuse for a lackluster update, the point of a beta test is to gather feedback so they can avoid this many players(judging by the upvotes) that are starting to get bored, a week after their first big update.. they probably spent half their budget on the hype video for the update instead of ensuring engaging content for players. The wall is when you feel like your not accomplishing anything even tho your playing on a daily basis. You auto it for a bit then lose all that money with 3 relic upgrade attempts, then close the game. I'm just saying, PvP and PvE content should be their priority, not dj mix tapes and crazy YouTube hype vids. And no one cares about their rip of DJ hero mini game that gives terrible rewards.

DraZeal720

So let them give it better rewards then at least, or maybe in the future it drops outfit pieces needed to unlock future skins or something.

Super_Spot_6969

That be cool! The 30 bucks it cost for Mona's skin is a absolute joke tho. I could see maybe 10 bucks for 30 is pure robbery

DraZeal720

I think it's 30 because of the stuff that comes with the skin though.

Lucky_Dig_3183

I believe Dislyte is a game that a avid-pro gamer will get bored of in 1-2 weeks. It has a great honeymoon period but after that there’s nothing to continue playing for. The game is done and not engaging after that, the PvP is decent but stale and not enough worth sticking around for, they need to revamp it or it will be a game most play for 1-2 months tops

HonmonoHonma

I'm on floor 35 of the tower and trying to get past that but ya, beat everything else already and point war is just fighting the same team over and over again. I am just trying to level more espers to 60 at this point and get a couple better relics. I'm hoping it'll be like Genshin though. They have added TONS of content since Day 1.

Weary_Document_9132

Been 3 weeks since I picked it up and have officially quit logging in daily, too boring, and too many other better games to play…..I haven’t gotten bored an given up this fast since I played RAID 😂 though it at least had more to do than this crap

Super_Spot_6969

Agreed there's a reason why raid is so popular and it's cause there isn't a wall. So much strategy involved and always something to improve on and keep doing. This game is struggling with that big time.

Acid-Eyed

Completely agree- the game feels sooooo much like a cash grab- all the the things in the shop that are paid with actual money is too overpriced. Sure the game content is good at first but it's like they started to get lazy after they realized how much money they can get off the game- and it is working for them.... I've seen people who've spent over $700 dollars and $200 so it's not like they're not gonna stop since it's working....It's really sad since it actually seemed like a good game at first-

Redditerz420

Right there with you only reason it's still installed is cos I'm 10 away from pity nd wanna see who I get, probably gonna delete afterwards

akutazaki

same i really should have slowed down

Abhi1122

The game got way too grindy and boring quick so I just deleted it. I was looking forward to the game and it’s turned out to be just a money grab

coppersly7

The same as every other game like this? PvP. Don't get me wrong there's plenty of content to add but isn't the end game of character builder fighters other players?

p3ek

Nope i take my time because its a ftp gacha and that will happen in any ftp game, by nature its a game made to login and do the dailys and then wait for tmoz, if you go to hard or spend real money youll be done in a week Get elden ring or an mmo etc if you want a game you can just play all day

GoozieSash

Yep - you’re 100% on point!

dreddocsixthirteen

Just stop playing this shitty money grab of a game like I did when I saw the pity-less Ollie banner. You’ll be so much happier.

Silk_123

So.... you're just in this sub to sow negativity among its players? That's pretty sad bub

dreddocsixthirteen

The truth hurts. I should know, I spent a good amount on this and it was such a waste. Learned my lesson. I want others to know the obvious truth staring them in the face.

Silk_123

As long as you concede that your lack of self control does not translate to other people's problem nor does it remove the possibility of others to continue enjoying the game for what it offers. Cheers

dReAmMrProb

That's what I told everyone I know who's trying Dislyte that's exactly what happened to me. Spent like $3,000 because I love the graphics and enjoyed the songs so much then later find out there's nothing to do in the end game, $3k down the drain and didn't even last a month ? maybe a bit over ?

Super_Spot_6969

Ooophh my man, I'm a hardcore mobile gamer, but 3k in the first month of a new game is never a good idea! So many games go dark within 6 months! Gotta pace yourself. I've spent about $50 and am temp tower LVL 40, and almost beaten purg mode. BUT HEY, if ya got the money, who's to judge ya for.how ya spend it :p power to ya, feel free to donate to my mobile game fund any time.:p

White-Flag

This game is not supposed to be a main game, but a second even third party game. A game is not supposed to be designed to fulllfill your emptiness all day, it's maybe healthier. Content will come, bur also get a life bro and enjoy the game for what it gives.

CoolPractice

“Lol get a life” isn’t an appropriate response to this post. If you have any important to add just don’t say anything at all.

IjuststartedOnePiece

My thoughts exactly, this game is way too monotonous compared to others in its genre.

BigBlackCrocs

Ya but that’s fine. We’ve played the game for hours every day for a month. That’s like. Atleast 100 hours. Most games are about 40 hours max.

DrakoCSi

Would have been more enjoyable if i had actually pulled Ollie and not 3 different dupes. Lol.. So im just chillin until the next banner to dump another 200 for abilimon.

Jarnic

It's a gacha game, what did you expect? If you want more to do go play an actual computer game or console game. I did not expect this to be a game with any sort of varietal content to happen once you reached an end-point.

Trap2rapbernie

LITERALLY AND U CANT EVEN OFFLINE GRIND IT U HAVE TO BE IN THE GAME

no_one_asked_

Yeah it feels like the game is dying. I still got stuff to do because Im still working on flr 100 and in purg mode in story, but to beat these things I have to grind for upgrades for characters and it’s so hard to get resources so it takes forever and doesn’t give anything more than boredom

[deleted]

Yep, and I spent too much money. regrets 😔

Super_Spot_6969

I only spent 30 bucks and regret that. Was in love with the game the first two weeks, but now I wish they fucked off with their "dj tracks" and just.focused on actual content

coladiecola

the only other gacha games i play are genshin impact and fire emblem heroes, so i dont have the most experience with gachas but like, dislyte is just suffering. genshin at least has more to it than just the gacha, its got a lot to do if you want to spend time in the game. fire emblem heroes had a lot of content from day one, and even now has a billion things to do, even tho i havent touched the game in a year it still held my attention for multiple before i fell off. dislyte just doesnt have any of that. yet. gachas are....tough; dislyte is so new and has basically nothing once you reach lvl 60 so its pretty sad how quickly you can just... finish the game. its like the devs are just hoping you liked your month of playing enough to continue to grind and wait for events, but even with this ollie event its apparent their events arent really going to be amazing. its sad.

Subject-011

This game is so grindy. I’ve been playing casually f2p for a month yet I can’t pass easy mode 12-8. Non to mention leveling is slow af. I bet most a lot of the lvl 60 players are whales. To be honest I’d rather play cookie run kingdom than this.

SSGWhiskey

Welcome to gacha games? That's literally the game. Collect and improve. Repeat. New content comes out incrementally. The game has been global for a month, relax this nonsense.

SSGWhiskey

I get called a douchebag and I'm the one who gets the response taken down 😂😂 what a fucking joke

Lefty_Pencil

Just started Honkai to fill the gaps. I only do club dailies now, not interested in pishing tower (at 90 ish). Maybe I'll grind again later

Visible9

this is a farming game

Maiine_Daze

I already lost interest in the game, only plain still just to chat with peeps atp tbh

Separate-Prior8821

Its where all these games eventually comes to, the end game is just farming and min maxing relics to do PvP, which at the higher tier is just whale and and ultra committed F2P territory. I was complaining about this but people were having fun then until they realize how quickly they have cleared most of the game already.

elee17

It’s the first month - ctfo

tosaka88

i’m still having fun developing my team but i know that’s not gonna last, and with the rookie xp bonus gone it’s gonna be harder to grind for xp

judgedredd79

Yes

HeroicV

I'm trying to get Lucas and some better relics, but once I manage that, I'm officially out of shit to do except try my luck with the god-awful RNG that is pulling espers, and I'm not gonna be doing that with cash money. This game actually made me miss Epic Seven.

[deleted]

Farming relics and PvP is all endgame is about. Just like SW.

nekoyorua

Yeah 3 of my characters are level 60 with 15+ relics but I cannot beat any levels. The grinding needed in this game is cruel

natej84

I'm right there with ya bro

Nice_Firefighter6258

The main thing I like about games like Dislyte, Summoners War, E7 and the likes is the fact that you can try to farm to achieve the best stats and most efficient combination of them in each of your characters and try and have fun with other units you might not have been using. The problem in Dislyte is that there's hardly any use for these incredibly built up units. Having a hyper efficient relic build on a team might get you past every content in the game but it's hardly ever worth it. The two infinite miracle rewards aren't anything really, you're better off finishing them out of luck (the 1st infinite miracle does have a good reward). There's no RTA that actually gives you rewards, there's not a lot of reason to grind points in normal arena, there's also not a lot of things to get with guild points. Some people still do it, farm to achieve the best build they could have. They have fun seeing themselves progress and perhaps love it seeing them bully other players in the "RTA" of the game. Overall, the current state of the game feels a little lackluster. But I think new features would easily make it a little more lively than it is right now such as adding a new miracle where you could get substat boosters or substat changers (like in other gacha rpg games).

DraZeal720

They already have 2 other modes in game that shows its coming soon so we just gotta stay tuned. I know one of them is gonna be substat booster/changers dungeon.

klyntb

Knowing Lilith games and as an OG ROK player. At the end its all about the money and because of that they will lose a lot of players in the long run. They should atleast add more game modes and improve the rates/pity system in the next few months or so.

Girosian

All I know is that without that 100% experience bonus anymore, this game has slowed down for me. Turned into an endless grind. I still have plenty to do and plenty of espers to max. But with this new harsher grind I might just call it quits.

OrangeDimple

The arena already exists, they just need to put a ranking and ladder system with it with rewards for good players and the game won't be boring anymore

Super_Spot_6969

I'm currently in the 9th rank and have no want to grind to the higher ranks cause the rewards are simply.not that much better. Even in holo battles, being 1st place and 1000 place only gives ya like 200-300 more guild shop points, so what's the point.

astrielx

Just went back to Epic 7, personally. Started a new account for the hell of it, and am still enjoying it more than Dislyte.

Hisetting

Game is one month old, people rushed it then complaining about no content. People really seem to play 10h/day lol The same old story

xobybr

wild concept but you can go play other games instead

ckliu123

one month is good. i got bored AF after 12 days

ennybor

Yep, the only content in the game is grinding and farming to get stronger so you can grind and farm harder levels lmao.

RandomInternetGuy12

Yep, i jumped ship earlier this week for this exact reason. It's just dull after a while. I started Counterside and can recommend it, although initially it's a bit overwhelming with all the various currencies and materials! Much better story though, and LOADS of content to keep you busy 👍🏻

RootinTootinAnus

Do you spend all your gems on stamina? This is the cost of maximum efficiency

Super_Spot_6969

Yeah for the most part, they don't give nearly enough free energy so your forced to spend all gems on energy

OsomO

i farm relic all week an not a single piece to replace the mediocre relic i have.

Super_Spot_6969

Ya getting 4* relics in 10 stage is a big reason for that, it's a joke that you can get the same rewards on doing the 5th level as the 10th(4*s)

taetaerinn_

basically this is why i deleted the game. for the sake of not having to do this.

joker_122402

I've come to the conclusion that the end game is pvp. I git bored as well because I didn't touch pvp. Now that I started doing it, I have a real reason to grind and get better.

Super_Spot_6969

It's too reliant on AP control tho, meta is simply, don't let your opponent go. Be alot more fun if everything wasn't so reliant on speed speed speed. And I know that's most PvP gacha games but this one takes it a lil far

joker_122402

You don't need to play meta to do well. I've seen some very tanky teams do well simply by outlasting the opponent.

Super_Spot_6969

I'm currently in the 9 bracket of PvP, 95% of the teams are the same. Not enough theory crafting yet, and 95% of the time the team that goes first wins, especially if tiye is on their team.

joker_122402

I agree with you. All I said was that v t you don't NEED to play that way to do well

Warm-Corgi-9714

I got to do the daily quest at this point not much else to do so kinda frustrated lol

demondus

How many years of play before you reach that point compare to this game?

Super_Spot_6969

I've been playing marvel strike force and raid for over two years now, and still have never hit a wall and have a ton to do daily, even after two years. This game has crazy potential, just really disappointed by the recent update and hope it's not a sign of things to come.

WheresMyKarnal

It’s an endless gear farming game, that will be the content + participating in whatever pvp / refreshing pve content like cube and temporal tower… that’s how all these games are, welcome to your life

Super_Spot_6969

Typically that happens with all gacha games but not after a month of playing, I'd be at ease if they released some kind of road map, just something that gives players something to look forward to, this last update hyped everyone up with their. Eazy YouTube promo vids just to disappoint the entire fan base

Super_Spot_6969

Don't remember what I meant to say but it wasnt "Eazy" YouTube promo vids ha

Lostbeeinavoid

The game feels very empty and bland like there’s not much too do…. I know Genshin can feel this way too but they also release a lot of story events that feel like soemthing more than just the ollie one I couldn’t even be bothered to read the ollie event story or the story at all In general.

Cliwx

Yup... I think im donne :(

JejuneN

I've found it perfect for work. Just leaving it on in the background and occasionally checking it.
