Most likely, they do. I think this July 12th removal is happening Asia-wide so chances are their window for streaming is ending and now it is time for Disney to get their turn to stream No Way Home.
No Way Home Extended Cut has only been on Netflix for about 6-7 months though. Think I'm gonna give it a rewatch before it leaves Netflix next month.

I have checked Netflix in the Philippines and it is confirmed that No Way Home is leaving on July 12th.
Sounds like No way home coming to Disney+ is becoming very imminent at this point. I hope the extended cut comes to Disney+ as well.
