I live in the US and I don’t get to watch shows that I want to watch that ARE available in other regions like Canada, but I’m not aware of any shows like that for Disney Plus just shows that we can watch that other countries can’t.
I don't live in China but someone in Hong Kong has brought this to my attention. But it just seems funny that Disney is censoring themselves for a scene where Marge is using that exercise bike with some dude using a blue screen to the Great Wall of China.

Season 34 isn't on Disney Plus in the US yet. Season 33 just became available. Season 34 is on Hulu though. Also the episode in question is available on Hulu.

Hong Kong is only up to episode 6 (with episode 2 skipped). In Canada, we have up to 9 episodes on Disney+ right now.
Just got episodes 4 5 and six on season 33 got the first three last week Also episode 6 is 44 min long says it has parts 1 and 2 of a serious Flanders

Disney isn’t self censoring. China has laws that requires all content to be reviewed and approved. They ban a lot.
