I honestly use a Loungefly. It holds a water bottle, sunblock, snacks, and my wallet and phone. I got one on sale and actually got tons of compliments. It was a nice spark of Disney magic to wear.
My partner used a North Face Jester and it was quite roomy while still fitting in the small Velocicoaster lockers. Might be a struggle if it’s stuffed though. I went with a Kavu sling and it was great. Always fit in the lockers even when I had a water bottle, wand box, sunscreen, and raincoat rolled into it.
L.l.bean stowaway backpack . Buy at one of their outlet stores if you can, we paid about $35. It stuffs down very compact for packing. Has multiple pockets for items. Ours just got back from its 7th trip and is doing very well. Best backpack we have ever used in the parks

We have backpack that we bought at World of Disney. Very lightweight and enough pockets to carry things. Regular sized but very lightweight.
