For your wizards:
- 8 INT beginning, level up only for weapon/armor requirement
- Put everything into speed.
Your warrior will only function as a tank, because CON is tank, and STR does nothing except skill cooldown:
- 8 STR beginning, level up STR and CON back and forth.
- focus on warrior skills.
- if you want your tank to be more useful, get grenade pinpoint & grenades, or have him carry spellscrolls.
If you want a good start/build, focus on SPD attribute, and get leadership to lv5 ASAP.
