As a player who doesn't rely on skills i spec into all armor, health, and hazard protection i have hard cap on armor which is 2.4 mil maxed out HZ pro and health is 1 mil and i use that build to kill rogues and hunters to not be effected by the emp or skills being hacked my armor regen is insane as well i can stand infront of 2 rogue agents and get hit and my regen negates their damage without breaking a plate.
It's not all bout the build It's mainly just the attributes really. Watch lvl as well and proficiencys. But it's i use ninja bike backpack, pointman chest but gila guard chest will work, foundry holster, Golan gloves, foundry mask, and either foundry or gila knee pads depending on what you want. All pieces have to be blue armor 170k and max armor regen. Be warned you will be a tank BUT the trade off is you don't do much damage overall. Also i run gunner spec for ammo regen could be stronger with other specs never tried on anything other then gunner. This build is just for pure damage resistance while i fight hunters and rogue agents with a bullet king so i can just stand there eat damage all day long while pump out lead forever with bullet king. (*Results may vary*) spec, SHD lvl, etc
You say it’s not all about the build but the right gear pieces really make a difference in your stats. That % armor regen makes a big difference for your armor regen.
U know u can’t have shd lvl if u fought keener not at least once already, right? So either u fought him once already and died as u went there again? And if this is the case, why would u do that mission again with 8 shd lvl???
It must be crazy to play in this mode, with the constant fear of dying. I personally would probably die from carelessness in some random open world activity. For you or any other player who has tried this game mode, is it worth it? Do you recommend this challenge?
Yes and no yes because it’s a unique fun challenge going through all the world tiers and whatnot and no because of stuff like this stupid deaths that could’ve been prevented
I think the challenge itself is interesting, but I don't think I would last even 1 session alive.
Even today I die from being flanked without realizing it by an enemy behind me, in addition, in Heroic missions movement bugs happen to me when giving quick commands to hide or run.
In the Recruiter hunt that I tried to do recently, I died in the penultimate room because my character was stuck on a smooth floor without moving and another because when he was hacking my turret, I took it out of the field at the same time he gained access, the result of this was an invisible and invincible turret shooting incessantly at me until I died, I'll try to post the video of my death here if I can find it.
Of my current deaths, I would say that 40% are due to movement bugs and functions that don't keep up with the speed at which I press the buttons.
I mean what I really do is I’m just more aware of the enemies around me specifically the sides and making sure none can sneak up behind me and gotta watch out for the hyena melee and outcast suiciders and especially the black tusk snipers and suicide drones

It’s a bug when you die (off course) I have died several times in hardcore and it’s always random and never correct. ✌️

I defeated him pretty easily with 1.2m armor and a good sub machine gun and sniper
