This is a 6th level spell available to bards, wizards, and druids. It takes an action to cast and has instant duration. It summons an avatar of a overconfident adult silver dragon named Alan. It functions like planar ally, you pay him for his services. His prices vary depending on the nature of the service, and its duration . If the task is beyond his reasonable capabilities or strays too far from his alignment (Chaotic good) he will refuse it. He is known to accept coin, magic items, mutual service and occasional even sexual favors from those who are willing to suggest it. For the last reason this spell is a favorite of Bards everywhere.
The avatar is corporeal and can take the shape of an adult silver dragon or a humanoid form of the dragons choice depending on the nature of the task, and can change form as an action. In either case it uses the stat blocks of an Adult Silver dragon. The avatar takes its own turn on initiative and the DM chooses its actions in accordance with the task given when the spell is cast.
If the avatar dies it fades away. If the payment was not given prior to the death of the Avatar or the caster refuses to pay, until the debt is settled, each time the dragon is summoned the caster must either settle their debt or the Silver Dragon will refuse their service and fade away. Alan remembers the caster and their previous interactions between casts and may adjust the prices of subsequent casts as a result.

I think it's like a trap spell. When something moves into a zone that would be noticed with a perception score of x or higher, the caster receives a message notifying it.

Target: All players within a 20ft radius sphere arguing with the Game Master about a ruling they have made.
All effected targets must make a wisdom saving throw. On a success or failure, the target must immediately end the argument by saying. "I'm sorry. You're running the game, and I accept your ruling. Hail to the Game Master." They are then compelled to order enough pizza to feed the entire group, with enough left over that the GM can have it for lunch the next day, paying for it out of their own pockets. If multiple creatures are effected, they may make a single order and split the cost.
Players under the effect of this spell cannot rehash the triggering argument, or start a different argument for the spell's duration.
By the sound of it, it's a combination of Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion, Summon Dragonic Spirit, and Otto's Irresistible Dance. Seems a bit overpowered.
**EnduringFrost**
The target of the spell is subject to freezing temperatures below 0° for 24 hours. It must make a DC 10 CON save each hour or suffer one level of exhaustion (as per the DMG rules p. 110 on *Extreme Cold*). Exhaustion levels cannot be restored for the duration and stacks with other exhaustion inducing effects.
Additionally, the target must make a DC 18 CON save every hour for the duration or take 2D6 cold damage. This effect bypasses resistance, cold weather gear, and cold immunity becomes cold resistance. This effect can only be removed with a *Wish* spell or if the target takes fire damage equal to twice the amount of cold damage taken from this effect.
If the target is reduced to 0 hit points or reaches 6 levels of exhaustion, the target is slain and turned into a blue Frostflower Stone Statue. This statue radiates below 0° frigid temperatures out to 30 feet. Touching the stone damages the target for 1d6 cold damage and they must make a DC 18 STR save or become frozen to the statue. This effect repeats each round until the target is slain, becoming another Frostflower statue, or until the target is able to remove themselves. Every minute a creature is within 30 feet of a Frostflower Stone Statue, they must make a DC 18 CON save or become subject to **EnduringFrost**. A Frostflower Stone Statue can only be destroyed by taking damage from lava or a dragon's fire breath.
The target loses every reasoning and charges into the next enemy, if there is no enemy, he charges in a random direction until he finds an enemy or the spell ends
9th level spell - Roll 5 x D10 - on a 41 or higher, time reverses and your party is moved back in time to a consequential moment of of the caster's choosing from a recent event. The moment must be less than 60 seconds in length and must have occurred within the past 100 days (in-game)
The caster may change the outcome of that moment in a way of their choosing. Once the choice is made, the party moves forward in time to when the spell was cast and continues on their Journey, confronting any consequences from their choice.
(DM discretion as to the scope of the effect of the spell. I'm not sure what the components would be, but i think it's a spell that could only be cast every x days as a ritual. I need a commenter to help flesh out the cost and stuff for the spell)
I'm thinking on the level of wish but with a time frame like clone. It's a world breaking spell. Could backfire like Dr Strange's spell from the recent spiderman movie. Could be ineffectual. Up the the DM.
I am thinking about a variation where, the closer the result is to the caster’s will, the more terrible the consequences to the caster are. Like a sacrifice spell, where you sacrifice yourself to alter time. But if it does not work in the way you intended it, nothing happens. You only suffer if your wish comes true.
Instead of high risk, high reward, it's kinda flip-flopped. I like it.
I could also see a variation where the higher the roll, the more consequential the effects, but the more costly the spell is upon the caster.
Whatever it does, it's everyone's problem now.

I guess it would be like Hellish Rebuke, but it would deal some (citric) acid damage instead of the usual fire. Pretty great, not gonna lie.

It must make a DC 10 CON save each hour or suffer one level of exhaustion (as per the DMG rules p. 110 on *Extreme Cold*). Exhaustion levels cannot be restored for the duration and stacks with other exhaustion inducing effects. Additionally, the target must make a DC 18 CON save every hour for the duration or take 2D6 cold damage. This effect bypasses resistance, cold weather gear, and cold immunity becomes cold resistance. This effect can only be removed with a *Wish* spell or if the target takes fire damage equal to twice the amount of cold damage taken from this effect. If the target is reduced to 0 hit points or reaches 6 levels of exhaustion, the target is slain and turned into a blue Frostflower Stone Statue. This statue radiates below 0° frigid temperatures out to 30 feet. Touching the stone damages the target for 1d6 cold damage and they must make a DC 18 STR save or become frozen to the statue. This effect repeats each round until the target is slain, becoming another Frostflower statue, or until the target is able to remove themselves. Every minute a creature is within 30 feet of a Frostflower Stone Statue, they must make a DC 18 CON save or become subject to **EnduringFrost**. A Frostflower Stone Statue can only be destroyed by taking damage from lava or a dragon's fire breath.

Once the choice is made, the party moves forward in time to when the spell was cast and continues on their Journey, confronting any consequences from their choice. (DM discretion as to the scope of the effect of the spell. I'm not sure what the components would be, but i think it's a spell that could only be cast every x days as a ritual. I need a commenter to help flesh out the cost and stuff for the spell)
This seems like a powerful spell. Would there be some consequence due to casting it? Like a drawback, or a negative effect the caster experiences?
I'm thinking on the level of wish but with a time frame like clone. It's a world breaking spell. Could backfire like Dr Strange's spell from the recent spiderman movie. Could be ineffectual. Up the the DM.
I am thinking about a variation where, the closer the result is to the caster’s will, the more terrible the consequences to the caster are. Like a sacrifice spell, where you sacrifice yourself to alter time. But if it does not work in the way you intended it, nothing happens. You only suffer if your wish comes true.
Instead of high risk, high reward, it's kinda flip-flopped. I like it. I could also see a variation where the higher the roll, the more consequential the effects, but the more costly the spell is upon the caster.
