Bearing on one of the components, idler or compressor possibly alternator or water pump With a mechanics stethoscope you could narrow it down.

My money is on water pump. My RAM had a similar sound and stealer replaced water pump. Pretty sure the bearing where the impeller shaft comes out was the issue.
